I will not Recommend this company, they are deceptive and are not professional with poor customer service. I was sold and overcharged for two whole roofs of shingles replacements which I believe I only needed a few Roof Shingles replaced. I was charged several thousands of dollars! The Roof Shingles were replaced on the house and the garage had rolled sheeting and not shingles but unsatisfactorily! I actually still hear Raindrops hitting against something, I hope those are not leaks. I asked ****** about it, he said it happens in his house. I really don't believe the actual conditions of my rooftops were disclosed.I really feel ****** just oversold Me two whole Roofs Replacements I didn't really need when, a few Shingles only needed to be replaced!!The next day a truckload of non English speaking people showed up who wouldn't communicate in English with Me. I have been taking Spanish Classes and I even tried to communicate with the using a Talking Translator App. The next door neighbor communicated with the Guys, but not translated back to Me! ****** told Me not to talk to the guys, so I am certain he tells the crews not to speak to the homeowner as well.The next day one of the Men was backing into the driveway while I was trying to back out. And it seemed like he was not going to stop backing up and finally after Me really getting irate did this person stop and allow Me to leave. Finally there's a Trim Edging that is installed around the Edges of the Roof. I believe the Edges on the Roof Shingles should be underneath and nailed underneath the Edges. But these guys just nailed the shingles on top of the Border Trim.The Trim is supposed to stop the Shingles from curling up. ****** even promised to install a camera which was not installed.I was told the house has a 50 year guarantee and the garage has 10, but I have not received a printed guarantee document. ****** said it would be in the mail. I will never use this contractor or subcontractor again. Not happy
