On June 15, I booked a two-night stay at Hotel Indigo through Expedia. I checked in at approximately 4 PM and, due to exhaustion from my travels, I fell asleep immediately upon entering the room. Around 9 PM, I woke up to find a bag of unfamiliar dirty clothes in front of the television. These items did not belong to me, which led me to question the cleanliness and safety of the hotel room.The presence of a stranger's personal belongings, particularly dirty clothes, in my room caused me serious concern about the hotel's hygiene standards. This situation made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe, as I was potentially exposed to unknown bacteria or viruses.As a result, I immediately approached the front desk and requested to check out and receive a refund. Unfortunately, my request was refused by the hotel staff.I am seeking the Better Business Bureau's assistance in resolving this matter. My primary concern is to obtain a refund for the stay, given the unacceptable conditions and the impact on my sense of security and well-being.Initial Complaint

November 12,2021 I arrive at Hotel Indigo on November 10. I paid $******* for a five day stay. After checking in I was told thst there was a $500 policy fir incidentals. I almost hit the floor. I told the person I did not have $500 that was my spending money. Then he told me he would take $200 instead. I told him that there was nothing on website about this. I felt like I was being taken advantage of. That $200 is part of spending money that I cannot use now. I will never stay at this hotel again.
