Is there an option for NO STARS?The only thing that was a good experience was my HR Manager, which I had 3 interactions with and ******** was professional and timely. However, everything else about this company was a flat failure. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing in this small business. My HR administrator was always 1-3 days late getting back to me. My business HR was changed out three times and each time the new person was worse than the last. I saw the writing on the wall, so I switched back to QuickBooks Online (which is so much better). Now over six months later. My CPA and I are needing W2s that they sent to employees, but they will not provide them to me, or explain how to get them online. All they offer is a W2 report in the form of Excel sheet. This is not what the IRS/CPA needs. I wonder if this is even legal, that they will not offer the copies for the W2s from last year? Does anyone know if this is legal?Review from JP P

***** is the absolute best -- Sometimes, it can be overwhelming to wear several "hats" at my position. I always feel comfortable asking ***** questions. She replies in a timely manner and is always kind and helps me to learn new things. Bambee has been a huge help for our business!Review from Elizabeth D

Signing up for Bambee has been a horrible and very expensive experience. We paid thousands of dollars and were given huge promises. The policies are very general and typically do not appropriately apply to our business, so we have to do our own edits and rewrite them. Their payroll system has been problematic every single time we run it. You are not able to talk with anyone when you need to--it's often the following week when you are able to even schedule an appointment (which they only allot 15 minutes for), and even then I've had them not call me. After several complaints a manager finally called me a month ago with big promises to look into getting us additional months or issue a refund. I've not heard back. I called and left an urgent message 10 days ago with yet another payroll debacle--she still has not return my call. I went from Quckbooks to this and it has added many, many hours to my workweek. We would NEVER recommend Bambee to any business.Review from Laura K

I wish I had engaged Bambee when I first started hiring employees; the whole process would have been a lot easier, and feeling as though I had a business partner vested in our success.I highly recommend any SMB organization consider using Bambee for their HR service - they are always requesting feedback on their services.Review from Abigail L

We also had a terrible experience with Bambee. We signed up on December 7th for a 2-year contract. Within the first few weeks we had a whole new HR team. There were numerous miscommunications about phone calls and set-up issues. The system kept crashing on me when I tried to input our employee data. Still, I persevered. The main focus for the first month was to get our payroll up and running. Unfortunately, they were unable to make that happen. Because of their inability to get payroll running on time and the other frustrations, we asked to cancel and for a refund. They refused. We offered to pay for setup and for some months of service (though we didn't really months of service). They refused. We asked to see the contract - there wasn't an actual contract, just the terms and conditions on the site when we first set up the account (which I couldn't ever access after). It was 15 pages of small type which included a note that fees were non-refundable. I would understand if we had been using them for months - but we never actually got to use them because the one thing we were focused on having them do-payroll-was not actually able to run. And we requested a refund immediately. I would not recommend them for anything.Review from Jamie M

The onboarding process has been quite wonderful, with support and care each step of the way. Our sister company has been a customer for 3 years now and I'm looking forward to fully embracing all of the promising aspects the platform offers!Review from John B

This company is in sunset mode. They do not have the capacity to support customers having laid off most of their HR managers. They also engage in questionable tactics to push new customers to leave a 5 star reviews during the onboarding process where there is a false perception of utmost care and support which becomes nonexistent after the process and it's too late to get a refund. If you want to cancel your account, it's almost impossible to get a hold of anyone. Their web portal is buggy nightmare. Do you think it's safe to store sensitive information? I don't. You are also not able to access your data after canceling and they have an indefinite data retention period.Review from JAIME P

I am reaching out to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the recent charges made to our account without authorized approval. We attempted to participate in the trial period, but unfortunately, the team members were not aware of the rules specific to our state. This lack of knowledge made it clear to us that Bambee's services were not suitable for our needs. We promptly informed the account manager of our decision PRIOR to our trial period be over, even leaving a review to emphasize our dissatisfaction and disinterest in any further services beyond the trial. Despite this, our account was charged a substantial amount of $7,000 on January 23, 2023, and to our shock, Bambee denied our request for a refund. It is crucial to note that we NEVER utilized the services provided. In an attempt to resolve this matter, I spoke with a Senior account representative and made it explicitly clear that we have no interest in utilizing Bambee's services and require an immediate refund. To our disappointment, we received an automated reply stating that no refund is available. I want to emphasize the importance of caution to others considering the trial period with Bambee. Based on our experiences so far, I can only imagine the magnitude of challenges this company may present once you decide to work with them. This situation has left us deeply unsatisfied and concerned about the integrity of Bambee's practices.
