Two times now, I have attempted to book hydration services with this business and they have not been able to provide them. I just want my money backInitial Complaint

The business lures you into a membership with no information about how to cancel. There is no phone number provided to reach the business. They charged me for months simply because I could not find any contact information and there is no way to cancel in their online portal. This is not legal and unethical to not have a place or information for people to cancel a membership.Initial Complaint

I purchased a membership online at their site and then their staff, *****, called and told me they wouldn't go to my address because it was no to their standards on the environment they need for their "sterile" equipment. I live in a bachelor pad right in the middle of a crowded area. If there are certain requirements that clients should meet before the book the service, this should be posted clearly before they attempt to book a service.This is classist and shows that they are being intolerant and excluding a certain demographic from receiving their services, which they should advertise that they are doing as this demographic of people tends to be the most maligned already.
