This company is a scam and Carnival Cruise should be ashamed to do business with them. I purchased a vacation protection plan for a cruise in March 2024. I paid an additional $318 for piece of mind which was a lie. My husband became sick on March 3rd had to have a pacemaker implanted. I called immediately and canceled the trip thinking that my money will be refunded only to be offered a 75% cruise credit.That is not what the policy said. It said for any reason including sickness. I wonder how many other people they have ripped off with this insurance. Carnival cruise needs to be held accountable because this insurance is offered at the time of booking. I wonder what kickback Carnival cruise is getting. This is one customer they have lost and everyone I know I will discourage from cruising with them until they address this problem. Yes I sent a letter to the *** of Carnival Cruise. Waste of time.

I booked a cruise to ****** on Princess for September 9th 2023. Six weeks before the boat sailed I notified Princess that I wasn't going do to another Covid outbreak. We are seniors who have a platinum status with Princess. I payed $400.00 to insure our trip with AON. They refused to reimburse us our $4,000.00, or give us another trip. What CON ARTISTS.... to take our money for zero coverage. I blasted ************** on social media, & will NOT stop until I get a refund.

I purchased this insurance to cover me in case we have problems with my travel plans. I visited a hotel that was insured by this company and we endured roaches broken baseboards, stopped up tubs and additional sort of problems in the hotel room. I shortened my trip to leave the hotel the very next day. The insurance refused to refund me what I paid to stay on the second day.

They get 0 stars from me! So very disappointed with this company. I purchased trip insurance to cover us for a **** trip to ***** and ******. A few months after booking the trip my husband's health precluded us from going. The trip insurance cost us $700 for us both. I was required to fill out multiple forms including forms from medical doctors who had been treating him as to why he was unable to go. After acquiring all the necessary forms I included a cover letter explaining that our medical bills were close to $90,000 and would appreciate if they would wave some if not all of the cost of the trip insurance along with our down payment of $1100.00. After waiting for three weeks I finally received an email stating we were approved for a refund but not including the actual trip insurance. The email stated we would be receiving checks within 5 business days. Two weeks later no check. I called today and found out that they sent it to the wrong address. I requested expedited payment/ mail and was denied. They robbed me for $700 and didn't even get my address correct. I will never use this company for trip insurance again. I certainly didn't receive $700 service from them. Their customer service is pitiful.
