Policy: # TX023606 Claim#: Claim C1TX02360 I got into a car accident with a horse hitting my car and I filed a claim on 7/26/2023. Not until 9/05/2023, I was given $6,953.63 from Go Car Insurance after approval from adjuster ************************* *********************************** I was told to take it to my repair shop of my choice so I went with Crash Champion (CC56-SOUTHWEST FRWY) to get my car repaired in September and it was done within a week. There were more damage than anticipated so the Crash Champion requested for the Supplemental payment of $2146.50 and we could not get a hold of ******* until we got her manager **** involved. My car sat in the shop for over 2 months waiting on pending approval payment and my rental of 30 days have run its course. Insurance company told me I have to rent my own car while the car is in the shop and get a receipt so they can reimbursed me ($1198.53). I had no other transportation and had to ask for rides to and from work everyday. I end up having to charge my credit card the the rental and supplemental payment to get my car out. To this day they are telling me it is still pending approval. Now I am paying interest on $3,345.03 for a payment the insurance supposed to take care of and put me under stress everyday trying to figure out how I will get to and from work. ******* never answer her call and rarely her emails so I constantly have to get her manager involved. The last emailed I received from ******* was 11/14/2023 letting me know it is still pending approval.
