Paid 3149 for a website, domain, hosting, ssl and business email and I don't have acts to any of it. Also they are calling and acting like they are *** agents saying that I need to pay $1000 to get a re fund. This company and its counterpart Inter native lab is a scam. I spent $932.00 for two websites and social media management which was supposed to have been done a long time ago. I cannot get anyone to just finish the work. My project is constantly passed on to another person, then another, etc. They also do not know what they are doing since I have to write and design everything when they are the ones being paid to do so. I've demanded a full refund more than once to no avail. I have a money-back guarantee written contract but they have violated it every which way but sideways. There are no apologies; just blaming me for things they need to take care of.Initial Complaint

Paid Webgatordesign to build us a website. They promised 100% satisfaction guarantee or a full refund. After 3 weeks of poor product design, we asked for a full refund and they refuse. The work that they provided had misspelled words, content that does not even relate to our business, and poor grammar.Initial Complaint

I hired marketing services through ***************** (also called Web Design Gator and or ********** *******) on January 14th of 2022. This was all an online interaction. The company promised to deliver a logo, website, and marketing content for my social media platforms for revenue. However, I have not received anything from them after months of paying them ( no final product to show). When I reached out for a refund, they refused. Even reaching out for an itemized bill results in them telling me that I will receive an email of that between 3 to 5 business days, which never came (First, they said Wednesday of last week I will receive the bill, then Friday). I need help getting that bill or getting at least half of my ********* back. This is a consumer fraud case. Reach out to Company to either have them send an itemized bill of all charges paid and what they are for and/or help me get my ********* back, even if half of my money is received. *************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************
