      I CALLED SUNSET BLVD INVESTIGATIONS ON FEBRUARY SECOND IN AN ATTEMPT TO CONTACT MY OLDER BROTHER AND YOUNGER SISTER. I SUPPLIED THE REQUIRED ****RMATION AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY HAVE ACCESS TO DATA THAT THE AVERAGE PERSON DOES NOT HAVE. I TRIED ON MY OWN TO FIND MY SIBLINGS BUT A LOT OF WHAT I FOUND LED TO DEAD ENDS. I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD LOOK AND FIND THEM SINCE THEY HAVE THE ***** TO LOOK FOR THEM THAT I WOULD NOT HAVE. I WAS TOLD THAT SOME **** IS PRIVATE, LIKE MEDICAL AND SUCH, AND THAT WOULD BE AVAILABLE. THAT IS FINE SINCE I DO NOT NEED THAT AND I HAVE A LOT OF THE PRIVATE **** ALREADY. THIS COMPANY EVEN HAD PROBLEMS CHARGING MY CARD AFTER I SUPPLIED THE **** (CARD NUMBER AND ADDRESS). SEEM LIKE THEY WERE ALSO WORKING OUT OF THEIR HOME INSTEAD OF AN OFFICE. THEY PROMISE THE **** AND DO NOT DELIVER. WHY TELL PEOPLE THEY CAN FIND SOMEONE AND NOT DELIVER. I HAVE THE SAME **** THEY SUPPLIED ME WITH. WHAT WAS THE POINT OF ALL THIS? I TREID BACK BUT WAS TOLD THE PERSON HELPING ME WAS OUT. I CALLED BACK LATER AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD CALL BE RIGHT BACK. I E MAILED THEM AND HAVE NOT HEARD BACK. THEY TELL ME THEY AHVE MY BACK AND I SHOULD CALM DOW. REALLY, I WAS NOT EVEN YELLING. THIS IS UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS TACTICS BY THIS COMPANY. I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK SINCE THE POINT OF A SEARCH IS USELESS AND THE ****RMATION THEY SUPPLIED DID NOT HELP AND I ALREADY HAVE. I EVEN TOLD THEM THE **** I HAD. ACTUALLY I HAD MORE OF THAN SUNSET BLVD INVESTIGATION DID. I WOULD LIEK A FULL REFUND OF MY $250.00. THANK YOU FOR ***** TIME AND HELP.

      To Whom It May ***************** name is **************** and I'm the co-owner of Sunset Blvd. Investigations, Inc.  I'm familiar with ************************** case and I've reviewed his allegations. We did have problems charging his credit card via QuickBooks due to the fact that he supplied us with the wrong address that didn't match his card.  He finally came up with a second address for the card and it went through.

      ********************** contacted our office which is located at ****** Olympic Blvd., Suite 933, ***********, ** ***** and is fully staffed.  We do have one investigator who works at home on occasions, but on this matter our in office investigator conducted the work.  He did supply us with the dates of birth of his siblings and we do have access to databases that the average person does not.  We also gave him a disclaimer that if they were homeless that we couldn't track them down unless we went out on the streets to make inquiries and he remained silent.  He stated he had no additional information.  He stated initially that he had lost contact with them and wanted us to located them.  Our investigator asked him if he had any additional information about them that would help us and he replied, "No, nothing."  We advised him that we couldn't make any promises but we'd do our best with the information that he gave us.  At no time did we "promise him the moon."  We conducted our search and provided him with the most current addresses that we could find but the information was old.  He stated that he already had that information and that we were 'Useless and he wanted his money back."  When asked why he didn't share those addresses with us in our initial discussions he stated because the addresses were old and that his brother is mentally unstable, never held a job and is homeless.  He then added that his sister and her boyfriend were drug addicts and were living in shelters.             

      If ********************** had given us all of information that he supplied us with only after we had completed out research we have have told him up front that the success rate of finding his siblings were very low.  We can only work with what the client gives us.  We're not mind readers.  In conclusion we never told him "to calm down" as that would be unprofessional especially when someone was looking for their lost loved ones.  Best regards.  *********************;

      Complaint: 19340299I  AT FIRST I SAID I HAVE TWO ADDRESS' AND THAT IT WOULD BE MY SECOND ADDRESS FOR THE CREDIT CARD.  SHE ASKED FOR A STREET ADDRESS WHICH MY CREDIT CARD WAS NOT LISTED WITH.  I TOLD RIGHT OFF THE *** IT WOULD BE P.O. BOX AND NOT MY STREET ADDRESS.  WOW!!  HOW INSULTING CAN A COMPANY GET.  THEY DID CLAIM THEY ARE WORKING FOR ME AND THAT THEY HAVE A BETTER SUCCESS RATE THAN THE AVERAGE PERSON. IT SURE DOES NOT APPEAR THAT WAY FROM WHAT I CAN SEE.  THEY DID CLAIM THEY WOULD LOOK THE STREETS AND THAT THEY HAVE A HIGH SUCCESS RATE.  **** DID NOT RESPOND TO MY CALLS OR RETURN THEM.  THEY WERE HOMELESS FOR A WHILE, YES, BUT TO MAKE OUT LIKE MY SIBLINGS ARE DERANGED AND CRAZY IS VERY INSULTING TO ME.  THEY DID PROMISE THE MOON.  I HAVE THE **** THEY GAVE ME, ALREADY.  THEY JUST WANTED MY MONEY WITHOUT PROVIDING ME ADDITIONAL RESULTS.  IT IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL TO INSULT A CLIENT AND THEIR FAMILY.  I GAVE THE ***** OUT RIGHT, AND IT SHOULD HAVE STOPPED RIGHT THERE IF THE SAME RESULTS WOULD COME UP THAT I ALREADY HAVE.  THIS COMPANY IS SUPPOSED TO BE PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS, AND I DID NOT GET EITHER ONE.   THEIR RESPONSE THAT THEY ARE "DRUG ADDICTS", "HOMELESS", AND "CRAZY" SOUNDS LIKE THEY ARE PUTTING MY SIBLINGS DOWN. EMOTI I STILL WANT A REFUND AND MORE FOR THE INSULTS AND LACK OF PROFESSIONAL HELP AND BEHAVIOR ON THE COMPANY'S PART.  I CALL, THEY DO NOT RETURN CALLS OR ANSWER QUESTIONS.  "SHE IS OUT OF THE OFFICE" IS THE RESPONSE I RECEIVED.  I AM VERY INSULTED AND I NOW WANT MORE THAN JUST A REFUDN.  THIS IS VERY STRESSFUL FOR  AND EMOTIONALLY DRAINING.  I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.  I THANK THE BBB FOR THE **** AND HELP FOR IN THIS MATTER.

      In response to Mr. ********** allegations you stated in your letter that The information has been reviewed by your consultant and we believe this information warrants some additional remarks from your company.

      Ive already responded to his repetitious allegations accept for the part where he states,
      THEIR RESPONSE THAT THEY ARE "DRUG ADDICTS","HOMELESS", AND "CRAZY" SOUNDS LIKE THEY ARE PUTTING MY SIBLINGS DOWN.  In paragraph two of my original response I stated in part, .and that his brother is mentally unstable, never held a job and is homeless.  He then added that his sister and her boyfriend were drug addicts and were living in shelters.  These were the words that ********************** used to describe his family members, not ours! In addition, it should be noted, that at no time in my initial response did I ever use the work CRAZY to describe his siblings.  That was his description in his second response to you.  Thats the only thing new that I can see in his response.  The bottom line is simple.  We were given information to help locate his siblings, we did our due diligence, provided him with the information, and never disrespected him.  Best regards. *********************;
