I have submitted several maintenance requests including: Replacing the PTAC unit(a/c and heating) - they replaced the broken one with a temporary one, replaced the temporary one with one that blows cold air when it's on heat, and have not responded to my recent requests to replace the new one. It is 59 degrees in my living room when the PTAC is sent to 78. Water heater cover - the original water heater broke in May of last year and was replaced with a newer one that is bigger. The original cabinet did not fit over the new one, so it was about 7 months before they covered it with a piece of plywood. This is in my kitchen and the old cabinet held the dishwasher in place. The piece of plywood is not a cabinet, does not hold the dishwasher in place and does not muffle the dishwasher noise. I requested that a cabinet is installed and the reply was: "Our corporate office will not be replacing the water heater cover with an actual cabinet. While it may not seem functional to you it is in fact functional, it would just need to be unscrewed for someone to access the water heater should it need any sort of repair. When you were not happy with the original stain color, we told you we could re-stain the same piece of wood so that it would match the cabinet color better, but we could not guarantee an exact color match, you had said that was completely fine and appreciated making it a darker color." I had hoped that it would have been a better aesthetic job, which is was not. And since this I have found the above issues regarding not holding the dishwasher in place and not muffling the dishwasher noise. They will be replacing the kitchen cabinetry once I leave (I have been told that they are updating the cabinetry for new tenants), although they refuse to do so for me - a compliant tenant who pays rent on time
