I purchased 6 pair of jeans totaling ******. One pair of the jeans were faded and looked used. I included the online pic of the blue jeans and jeans sent. I called and emailed GJG Denim several times before receiving an email that I could return the jeans. I asked for a shipping label due to state of jeans not being as advertised. There was no response. Because I had to pay ***** for shipping I returned another pair of jeans, 2 total. Clerk at post office stated they should have sent you a shipping label for the return. The jeans were shipped back on 9-16-23 and received on 0-18-23. I have been emailing the company and no one is responding. I already lost $***** due to fault of the company, dont want to lose $124.10 (2 pair of jeans discount and taxes included).Business response

I received a pair of jeans in which the size tag was altered. The size 13 tag was cut off and size 11 sewn on. When I opened the package the size 13 tag fell out of the jeans. I contacted the company by email twice and chat. No one has responded. There is not a phone number on the site. I am requesting a refund.Business response
