On May 11, 2024 I made a purchase with this company. My money was taken from my bank account immediately. I received an email stating my order was received. About a month later I tracked my order through their website it still read "order received, not yet shipped". I have attempted to email them multiple times regarding my order and or a refund with NO response. This company is scamming people's money and needs to be shut down immediately!!Initial Complaint

I ordered two rings on June 29th from this company as a going out of business sale. I have checked my tracking information after a week to see if it has shipped and it has not. I have emailed the company and sent 3 contact us emails from the website with zero response.Initial Complaint

Order Date: June 5, 2024 @ 1:15am Order Number: ***** Total Amount Paid: $32.18 They committed to send me the goods that they charged me and I paid them for within 7 to 10 business days Nature of dispute: I paid for goods that I still have not received and the company website shows still has not shipped They have not tried to resolve the issue even after I sent then an email as it is suggested on the company website.Initial Complaint

On 5/9/24 I purchased 3 rings ( the Scarlett ******* band *****, the Sophia ******* cut ring *****, and the Auria pear ring *****). The total I paid was $35.97 & received 2 confirmation emails with order number *****. One confirmation was from Annabella jewelers, the other was from ********************** - both gave the same confirmation number. On May 21, ******************************************************************************************* my order. On 5/22 i received an email response asking me to verify my mailing address which I responded to on 5/22/24. I never heard anything back from them. I emailed the company on 6/14 and today 6/21. I also attempted to call the numbers listed on BBB site and on the company website- both calls were unable to connect. I am requesting a refund from them. They have not responded to my requests and have no way to be contacted.Initial Complaint

I made a purchase on May 17, 2024 I received an email confirming my order 2 days later I went on to track my order with the order number that they gave me ***** and it was no longer there they couldn't find it. I emailed them they got back to me a week later saying it was being prepared to ship. I have emailed them multiple times and am no longer getting a response. I have gone on their website and can no longer track my or any order. I have asked for a refund with no response. I have all emails that I have sent and their response. I have messaged them through Tik Tok and still no response. I know ***** is not a lot but it's the point of not sending what I ordered as well as the lack of response.Initial Complaint

Feb 13th 2024 purchased from the company, description on website says 925 sterling silver, after 1 week its starting to tarnish and irritating my skin, I have tried to send an email to **************** and its an invalid email. Ordered from site, received no confirmation other than payment on card. Attempted to contact several times with no response via website. Phone number doesn't work and address is not real.
