I'm very frustrated in writing this! i bought a so called diamond ring for this company back in December! when they shipped it they sent it with no signature delivery and i went out of town so my neighbor picked up ring outside and i didn't know and i filled a dispute with my bank this company sent me several email several phone calls, text threating me call me a thief and so forth i have it all for records and kept threating me few days later my neighbor came and said hey i took a package outside i didn't want it stole so i canceled the dispute with my bank and when the dispute was done i started to pay this company back i got baited and switch by this company they sent me a ring which did not match anything what they were listed online when it came paper work said enhanced what is this? i didn't even know what this was so i was like whatever yesterday march 27th i called a insurance company to insure it which then they explained to me what it was WHAT!!!! and they told me that i need to take it somewhere and get it inspected which i did today two different place one place told me you bought this for how much are you crazy! the diamond tester is not even coming back positive and if it did this thing is so bad! back in January while i was getting threated by this company i told them i want to return this guy on the phone told me i can not now i started to understand why a so called 9000 package was sent with no signature one place today did not even want to test it said diamonds don't scratch and this thing has 3 different scratches i need to speak with someone high in this company asap i will have a police ****** i have filled dispute with my credit card company now all of sudden this company has all there rings online with a gia ******
