I ordered a necklace as a gift for a friend and added an engraving on the back of her name. Once I received the necklace I noticed the engraving was wrong. Worried I made a mistake I compared to my proof and confirmed the mistake was on their end. The last letter was suppose to be an 'S' and in fact is a 'Y'. Everyone I have shown this to agrees. After two weeks of back and forth via email, they stated the engraving is correct and they refused to replace the item or give me my money back. Very shocking and disappointing experience.

I was excited when I found Melina ******************** Jewelry. I placed my first order of three baby heiress rings. After waiting over two weeks, my order finally arrived. The first day I wore the rings, some of the simulated diamonds fell out of one of the rings. I contacted the company and received an email stating a replacement ring would be sent out. I am still waiting to receive the ring, and that was over 12 days ago. I purchased three other items, and the shipping time took forever, so I used expedited shipping for two to three days. It's been over five days, and I still await the item. I emailed the company several times and finally received a response stating the rush shipping time only applied after the company had completed whatever tasks they needed to do, and I was directed to some part of their website. This is incredibly deceiving, and I needed to warn other potential consumers. I will not order anything from Melina ******************** again and have warned others within my circle who are interested in purchasing from this company. What a disappointment.

Total junk. I bought a half tennis necklace and the rhinestones started falling out when I opened the box. Only gave me a partial refund. Wanted me to pay for shipping on this junk. She has a lot of negative feedback for ripping people off. Can't believe she can still sell with all the people she has ripped off.

I ordered the initial necklace during the period of the free hoop earrings included with purchase. Added the earrings to my cart and now they say I didnt. I will be returning the necklace. Feels like a bait and switch or they ran out and screwed a bunch of us. Not my first purchase from them.

Could NOT be more frustrated with my initial attempt to purchase from this vendor!!!! I placed an order for earrings for my granddaughter for Xmas..."Oh She Fancy"-(******************* hoops in gold) on November 8. I received email confirmation on November 10 and another email on November 15 that my order was "in transit." Great communication, right??>>> WRONG!!!!!The next email showed an estimated delivery date of November 17...I waited a few days which was reasonable...I allowed plenty of time for the order to arrive, but no luck! So I sent a detailed email on November 25 at 7:41 a.m. I received an email response on 11/25 at 10:38 a.m. Responsive, right??>>> WRONG!!!!! Th email suggested that I should contact the ************** (?!?!?!?) *********************** right??>>>WRONG!!!!! Then if my item is not received within 3 days, I should contact them again & they would take the "appropriate steps!!" I sent a more demanding email on 11/28 at 9:27 a.m. On December 2, I received the exact same email as on 11/25, except it now claimed that my order was shipped via ******* should contact them?!?!?! RIDICULOUS!!! Today, I called their phone number to finally try to resolve this matter~~MM email close with "Please don't hesitate to reach out if there is anything else we can help with...XOXO MMTeam." Yeah, Yeah,TALK'S CHEAP!!! I will certainly tell EVERYONE I know that this company is a SCAM!!!.....but, first I will contact the ************************* attorney!!!!

Best experience ever with customer service and quality of merchandise. I seriously don't know what so many people are complaining about. I have been purchasing from Melinda Maria for the past 2 years and I've never had an issue with the jewelry or customer service. People really do love to exhaust negative energy and just complain, even over the most insignificant things. This is a quality company, hence, why it has become so popular (including with celebrities). That speaks for itself. Loyal customer for life here!

I ordered from Melinda Maria and received my order within 2 days. The jewelry was beautiful, the mystery box contained 3 beautiful pieces and a bonus piece that was unexpected. I also received a bonus gift for ordering. Initially, I thought I was missing my bonus gift as it was wedged in the corner of the jewelry pouch and what I thought was the bonus gift was actually part of my my mystery box. I notified them and the next 1 day, I received the correct bonus piece. However, I then found my original bonus piece stuck in the corner and notified them again. A little embarrassed, but they were very kind and I returned the second bonus piece to them with a pre-paid return authorization and all ended well. Their customer service is amazing and so are their products. I will order more from MM.

I ordered for the first and LAST time! The earrings were too big and I had to pay to ship them back! I now have a CREDIT! AND it deducted shipping fees in which I paid! Very unprofessional! PLUS, their website cart will NOT let me see it without ordering the surprise gift box! Someone needs to stop this! It is very unethical and crooked! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

Terrible company! Do not purchase from them. Ordered and paid for item. It was never delivered to me and they refuse to credit my card for the purchase.

Bought the mystery box. Got a pair of earrings. One a two flower and one a three flower. One a post. One a hanging earring. Dont match. Got a moon necklace with a missing stone. Got a beaded necklace that is so cheap I wont let my dog wear it. Took over a week to get from LA. I live in nor Cal. Got shipments from ***** faster. So cheap and misleading. Will never buy from them again
