In early September I purchased a pair of pearl earrings ********************************************** I was under the impression that the items I was ordering were subject to Pearl Paradise's return policy in which they advertise a 90-day "problem free" return process where they even claimed they would fit the bill for return shipping. Sure enough ******* did want alternate earrings so I sought to setup a return (less than 30 days after the original purchase) only to encounter the worst customer service I've ever has the misfortune to experience. Pearl Paradise claimed that the items I bought were marked "final sale". I recall no such warning or I simply would have picked another set that could have been returned. They were insistent that this was the case. I checked my email confirmation; which you would think would also warn me of the inability to return the items to give one a fair last chance to cancel; and sure enough there was no such warning on the email (please see attached files) and I suspect it was not on the checkout page as they claimed. I am absolutely appalled by the behavior exhibited by this company; in my opinion this is tantamount to an internet scam. I even offered to pay the return shipping. They literally berated me for being upset.
