I've ordered from Tribal Hollywood multiple times over the years. Excellent products...excellent client service and worth every ***** all the way around. I don't shop anywhere else for my men's adornments.

I recently ordered a ***************** Black Mirror Sparta Vine Sterling Silver Ring and I'm eagerly anticipating its arrival! *************************, one of the rep's for Tribal Hollywood who assisted me with my inquiry, is absolutely brilliant! His customer service is top notch! He was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions when it came to ordering the ring! Thanks ***** for all your hard work! You deserve a raise! Purchased a custom mens bracelet. After less than 1 year product is coming apart. Tribal Hollywood solution was to purchase a new bracelet. My future purchases will be conducted through a more reputable broker/jeweler.

I ordered a $600 cross and necklace from the site and within a week it had turned green. When I called Tribal Hollywood to discuss this I was told that 'fine jewelry' wasn't to be worn and that I was ignorant for wearing fine jewelry. I asked about the 60 day money back guarantee and was told that they wouldn't take it back because of customer negligence. I purchased a $600 piece of jeweler to wear not to hang on the wall. There was zero warning on the website that the piece would turn green if worn in humidity and there was zero warning in the packaging that if the piece was worn that it would turn green. I have friends who wear ******* jewelry that doesn't turn green. The customer representative was not only rude and degrading but when I asked how I should take care of the jewelry he told me to look it up online.

This site doesn't have a ****** listing to where you can leave reviews and I'm guessing this is why...they don't have to stand by their return policy that is on their site because theres no way for people to leave an honest review about their bad experience.

I am a new customer to Tribal Hollywood, and I have been pleased with the service provided by the staff, not only do they provide great prices but the customer service has been beyond my expectations. They provide you with detailed information on what items you are interested in and after you have placed your order they then follow up with you to make sure you are satisfied.
The packaging is also very nice once it arrives. I have had the pleasure to speak to the manager "James" and he has been very helpful in welcoming me as a Tribal Hollywood customer.

Great customer service experience and the products are simply beautiful and highly crafted.
