Let's 7 months pass ******* calling the manufacturer when I asked ****** to call. Files lawsuit even though I clearly said I don't want one without an attempt to negotiate first. Files lawsuit. Fails to serve defense. Argues jurisdiction 1.5 years against my wishes. Hard to reach during that time. Some 3rd party transfers clients to them. Do they even have an office. Changes name of business from "the no lemon firm" to consumer law experts. Trying to hide from bad reviews? 5 Case managers galore. One day of notice to me for late discovery questions. ****** told me I'll get 3 times my car value with NOTHING taken out bc they motion for attorney fees. 2.5 yrs in and fired. Called me for 2 hours just to try convince me not to fire them said I'll be responsible 4 fees. Threatens sue me. Well good luck. I'm disabled, unemployed and have nothing but a lemon. Adds 7k to fees after fired.Released and they still in contact w/ the defense. The only way I'd settle is Motion your fee remove lien.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/10/02) */ We continuously disagree with Ms. *********'s mischaracterizations of the facts surrounding this matter and as demonstrated in the case description she included with this complaint. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a substantive response to her allegations as a result of the attorney-client privilege. We have always been amenable to reasonably resolving any complaints she has had. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2021/10/04) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) How have you been amenable to resolving the complaint I have? When I have to use the BBB to get an answer and it comes 1-2 months later. Bad practice. Bad firm. I don't accept this response. Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2021/10/04) */ Again, Ms. ********* mischaracterizes the facts of the instant matter. Our law firm did not respond "1 - 2 months later" as incorrectly stated by Ms. *********. Rather, a review of the facts demonstrates that our law firm was notified of the instant complaint by the BBB on 9/22/2021. Our response was submitted 10 days later, i.e. on 10/2/2021. Consumer Response /* (4200, 11, 2021/10/05) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I filed my complaint with the BBB on Sept 1, 2021. You responded October 2. I would not know how long it took for YOU to notice the complaint or get it. It has been one month for Me waiting and That's a fact. And either way. You are not even offering any type of resolution. I have been waiting 1 month exactly whether you have or have not. I never misconstrue facts. It sure feels like 2 months. Your firm has gone months on end without consulting me in my own case when your case worker screwed up and didn't file serve process. The BBB is used as a platform to mediate and resolve issues. You can solve a problem by addressing an offered solution not trying to create minuscule counter arguments. What kind of practice are you. Have you read your Yelp at all. I am not alone. You steal money from a lot of people. You waist time. You tell clients that they will never owe you if they sign with you and your fees get paid by defense not the client. You fire multiple case managers. They also quit. You must be intolerable to work with. No one wants to work with an argumentative liar. Then when you win or loose their case you stick them with your bills and take your costs and damages out of their costs and damages. Then you motion the defense so that you get double your fees. I'm not going to settle like that FOR YOU. You conduct legal scandals. You didn't offer a resolution so Again, im not accepting your argumentative unhelpful response.
