    I am currently a client Of the Law offices of Jacob Emarani. I found and also decided to seek legal assistance in a hit in run case that I was involved in (as the victim) JANUARY 7th 2024. I sought legal advice from the Law offices of Jacob Emarani in February ******************************* finding a doctor as well as X-rays and pain management. I have been discharged from the chiropractor since April of 2024. As my case was coming to an end (or what I thought was an end) there have been a lot of bumps along the way. The defendants insurance provider offered ****** which is Californias state minimum which I accepted in November 2024. I also signed a harmless clause stating that my insurance wont go after the defendant for any more damages.That took a month after I had already agreed to the settlement. The person working my case (Case manager ***** *****) who was the person I was communicating with went out on sick leave Last month has since returned but does not return my phone calls. I have been a very decent client but the lack of communication has me floored! This business is very unprofessional and I cannot get a direct answer on when I should be expecting my settlement. Also the Law offices of Jacob Emarani will receive ***** which is $850.00 more than my portion of the settlement. I NEED HELP!! This business is not being transparent with meSo maybe the will be transparent with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. I NEED ANSWERS and I have been more than patient as it will be a year since the accident happened January 7th 2024.

    I hired these law firm to represent me in court in lawsuit. In Writing I was told 3 thousand dollars were gonna be taken after the settlement had being paid..the money would be return to me after 3 months. The money was to insure that if I needed medical after being paid the ** would help pay those bills . I didn't need any physical therapy . 3 months after I only received 1600$ the law firm explained that a bill has popped up and it was paid with the reming balance of the 3k . I asked how do I know that . Because it seems they pocket it the money. The representative said I will call you tomorrow and explain in detail the bill. I never received the call .

    It was Easter morning , a few minutes after midnight in April 2019. I was driving a rental Lyft car, I had two passengers in the backseat area. We were stopp** at a r** light when a **** truck ramm** into the car behind me which was a sport **** The *** ramm** into my car and I slightly hit the car infont of me because I still had my foot on the brakes. That year o had a lawyer who was awesome kept contact and had me go to the doctor and physical therapist. The same week my mom had a stroke and was on hospice. At the end of the year I had to go back to ****** to lay my moms ashes because of her passing.when I return** the lawyer did not work for Jacob Emrany. It was hard to get a hold or have anyone call me back. I went to their firm and the person **** was listening to me had his eyes close as I talk**. Time went by and I heard nothing. September 2019 a motorcycle tire bounc** off my jead at work. April 2020 I had another workers compensation case when a Rim of a truck in a box flipp** over the **ge of a work area as I setup my scanner. I work at ****** I had a lawyer other then call Jacob but thought I would have them work on my case. Those Cades are clos** i would call them when a court case was getting close but no unformation given to me. I receiv** nothing.As for the car accident, I receiv** a letter that Jacob Emrany receiv** a check for $25,000.00. I wait** to sewifthey would call me but no call. I call** them but did not mention the check to see if they would tell me about it. It was sent on October 2022. In April 2023 I ask** what is going on with my case. I mention** the money and I was told their working on a case with ****. They receiv** a check for $105,000.00 first week of May 2024. The lawyer never ** call**, I went into the office. Said to add the $25,000.00 = $130,000.00. They said they would get back to me within 1 to 3 weeks. I went back 3.5 wks because i heard nothing. They want me to sign for $34,000.00 Dr. ***** $14,000. Put a $18,000.trust

    This attorney is negotiating his professional duties. H never returns my calls, also he is misrepresenting me and falsifying a legal and fair process. I was told by his staff that he was going to file legal action against the insurance company it's been several months, and nothing has been done. I was told by his staff that he will call be calling me within the next 48hours. it's been over 30 days. He continues to lie to me and misinform me on a regular basis via through his staff. (***************, NAVID)Oh, Immediate failing! /Against the insurance company within 72hours and show proof of the filling/Court!!!

    I had an injury from an auto accident and my attorney's office received a check for the settlement months ago. For more than a month they told me they had not received the check yet. Now they say received the check, but they can't disburse the funds because they are waiting for a lien from DHS. But I spoke to DHS. They say that they are waiting for my lawyer to enter my treatment end date into the portal so the demand for lien amount can be sent to the lawyer. I have left messages on voicemail requesting the lawyer enter the info and return my calls but they will do neither.

    On August 25 2019, I signed a contract with Jacob Emrani for a slip and fall of 34% for them to handle my case. July 21 2023 they have changed my contract to 45% without reason, I have asked numerous times to see the breakdown from then until now I havent gotten a response still since I havent been able to get in contact with my Attorney or anyone. They have came to an settlement without giving me any information about it. They have been unprofessional threw out this process. I would like to see my contact find out what they agreed on without me, as well as stop being lied to and taken advantage of. My Attorney keeps asking me to sign thing not giving me any information not giving me anything I ask for and not working for me which is what their initially supposed be doing . I would like to finally settle and be done with the case they have been prolonging for their benefit only if there is anyway bbb can help me with anything to resolve this matter soon as possible I would really appreciate it thank you.

    I hired Mr. ********************** to represent me in a personal injury case regarding a car accident in October 2019. His firm said he would arrange all my medical care, take care of the costs and get me a large insurance settlement.Although it took much longer than promised, I did have 5 surgeries, two of which needed to be redone by a different, better (?) surgeon and in February this year the case was settled for a large sum of money. I agreed to the settlement as long as I got the sum of money promised to me by Mr. **********************'s associate ************************* 3 years ago. Without my permission and without attempting to contact me or the attorney's case manager first, ************** (who was hired by Mr. ********************** to "manage my medical treatment"), contacted my soon to be ex-wife, saying he thought I was dead and divulging particulars of the settlement, saying that my children were due only half of what he promised me 3 years ago.Even though the effects of inflation over the extended case time frame have already reduced the value of the money promised to me, ************** and Mr. ********************** have both steadfastly said that I am only due half of what I was promised.The insurance company sent Mr. **********************'s office a check for the full amount of the settlement well over six months ago - and I have not yet seen one single cent. I have requested my full original case file from Mr. ********************** in writing multiple times - starting approximately two months ago. To this date I have not received it - although last week he claimed that they sent it and they have proof. I have requested a copy of this proof - and he refuses to respond.Mr. ********************** also told me a couple of months ago that the entire amount of the settlement is sitting in an escrow account. I have asked him for proof of such an escrow account and he has refused to provide it. I just want what I was promised - although it still feels like I'm being shafted.Cannot provide any docs as I am under NDA due to terms of the settlement.

    This Law Firm charge is 45% of the gross settlement while well I get whats left after the medical bills. He puts it in the contract that he gets 45% of gross settlement. The right thing for him to be doing would be 45% after the medical bills, this is a very greedy person
