      I have been harassed by their telemarketers. About two weeks ago I received a text asking for addition information on an application I never filed. I did not answer. Then then phone calls started, approximately two per day. I have stated to stop calling me, they persist, They interrupt me and don't listen they are rude. Trying to stop the calls is nearly impossible. I do not need or want their services.

      Placed an order with Tipioneshop for plants for a business going out of business. Ordered on January 4, ****. They just got my money and claimed my order was being processed. Its now January 16th and nothing! I was my $85 back!

      Thank you for taking out time to reach us and sorry for your lost, We regret to know youve experienced such an issue and hardship where you try and make some trade and option to do investment trading and you end up running into loses with companies guilty of embezzling and depriving investors of their money and profits sadly that how the trading world is now it what it turned into but there a way out and that by you getting to recover all your lost funds back, your profits included and probably charge them with a lawsuit for Illegal Embezzlement of funds.       I received a phone call from ************ and the person that I spoke to asked me if I was trying to open credit in *****. He did not identify where he was from.He transferred me to *********************** who said he was an Experian investigator.**************** then told me that he would shut down my credit cards.He told me that he had all my information. From what he said it appeared that he did have my information [details on my open credit cards].I clearly stated I would not give ANY information to a person on a phone call. From what I can surmise *** ****** had a credit report from his reciting my card numbers and balances.As follow up I did two things.I called *************** where I have a credit card. This was one of the cards that **************** specifically mentioned.Synchrony said that THEY would close the card and replace it with a card with a new number.I then thought, I will call the phone number that called me. I did that and the outgoing message at that number was Freedom Financial.I looked up Freedom Financial and they are a debt consolidation company!!The Consumer Financial ***************** received 120 complaints in 2022 about Freedom Debt Relief I have never looked into Debt Consolidation and have very defiantly never considered this as a possibility. Again I will state I do no want **** Consolidation and I want *************** to cease calling me immediately. I have since reported three of my credit cards lost at to stop this invasion of my private financial affairs!I will be 75 years old in November of 2023 and this phone call terrified, frightened and left me very scared. I will repeat I did not request and do not a Debt Consolidation Loan I have checked my credit report at Experians website and will continue to monitor it. I also will try calling because I noticed a Charge *************************** ******************** ************ ************************************

      Freedom Financial is a large conglomerate of companies built off hurting, gullible people taken advantage of/lied to in their time of need/support. Signed with them in April, 2022, being very ill after nearly dying, came to my home with pitch they will handle everything, negotiate all settlements and restructured agreements telling me to make no paymenys on these accts..only to them. Shortly knew not so, in that they made No calls to 6 creditors until Oct. when 3rd entity (Crossroads Financial - 2nd their bank)approached me w/ full settlement arrangements because I was "chosen" for their program. Very weary but agent fully sold all the great advantages. In short, all 6 accts were settled from 10/31 to 12/20/2022 with my signing loan agreement on 11/6! Imagine that! Preliminary agreement, although I only received a copy of it on 3/13/2023. 8ve never received an updated agreement, final Truth-in-Lending disclosure or even a phone call from them but started taking payments out in Jan. 2023. I pull a credit report and behold a new company I've never heard of (Freedom Fin.) named Achieve showing balance only $820 lower than initial debt enrollment. Being of much sounder mind, I now see where this is total manipulation and lies. Large fees added to each settlement, 4.9 origination fee, **** interest (which isn't terrible). The problem is the deceitfulness, manipulation, in my opinion illegal disclosure of final loan agreement and transfer of loan to another company (one of theirs). One more twist, I found out through my bank that all withdrawals have come through Freedom Financial (including Achieve). Freedom Debt Relief and Achieve. So many names, manipulations, lies...During this time I was 100%disabled from Social Security. I feel lied to! Any assistance in helping someone else not be deceived would be greatly appreciated .

      First contact was in April by ****** from offering a *********** program from Freedom ***** After 4 payments of ******* I discovered that these payments were not going to Navient where my initial loan was from. They had no idea who Freedom Loan Forgiveness program was. I will contact my bank and have direct payments stopped but need to be refunded ******* so I can apply to my "real" student loan. Freedom Loan number XXXXXXXXX. Tried to call, left message and no call back. After reading many other reviews, this company appears to be a scam. Appreciate any assistance with this matter.

      Date ********** Amount *** They were suppose to provide me with debt help due to school loans. They were also suppose to provide me with updates and I have no heard from the company abojut any type of progress after emailing them several times with no response.I was also suppose to be assigned a case manager and that did not happen at all either. I have tried calling them and get some other recordings for a different thing totally and I have tried emailing **** ***** and still nothing.       Hello, I have been ******* by your company somewhat 8 months ago. The reasons I call this a **** are ********** 1. Your contract says that you are liable to provide "Complete and truthful information". When you were promising me that my loans are going to be forgiven within 3-6month the most, that information was false. According to the department of education and the *********** defense ******* there are no time limits and legally it can take up to 10 years. 2. I was promised on March 26th that my cases for ********* College and ****** University will be completed and I will be receiving the case numbers in a couple of days. I received no case number and I received no answer to my emails. In August I received a call from *********** defense that my cases were not completed and that in order to complete them I needed to upload my transcript and ********* No one from your company told me about this. Instead, they charged me and did not do what was outlined in the contract, which according to the second point of your ********** ********* shall promptly review the information provided by the ******* and complete the application forms required for the *** program(s) that have been selected by the ********* My applications were abandoned, I completed them myself and should get a full refund for services not provided by you. 3. My student loans were consolidated and sold to another company without my consent when I specifically asked, are you sure there will be no consolidation and was reassured there will be none. ************* 2 weeks later I receive a letter from ******** that they now own my student loans and have consolidated them. This is a mix of unauthorized activity and abandonment of the case. I request for my return of the money that I paid to you, as none of the services promised were done according to the agreement. I will be reporting your company to the federal bureau of investigations and if the need comes will take this case all the way to the court.
