    For the last several months we've been having many issues with Alsco Linens Supply. Beginning probably around April/May of this year, 2022. When we first signed our contract with Alsco, we were told that we would be getting a 4-hour Delivery Window which they GUARANTEED would be honored each week. This was the main stipulation of signing our contract and the only reason we entered any agreement with them. This has been continually disregarded, and we've now been told "they don't do delivery windows" which is impossible considering that's the only reason we signed with them. IF something changed, we should have been notified immediately. Additionally, we have made several complaints with them about their towels pilling up and leaving lint all over our clients' faces, which is unacceptable for us ************************. When we would complain they'd just send us more of the same towels and charge us extra, instead of trying to make it right with us as their customer. When we'd complain about the extra charges and ask them to be removed, they push back repeatedly and then only offer us credits on our account. Now we are trying to switch linen services and break our contract which they have repeatedly broken anyway, and they are now telling us we will have to pay 50% of our remaining contract in order to leave. We are in no position to do this and they have already been charging us 50% more than their competitors for horrible quality product, only to charge us further when we literally cannot use the products delivered and have to replace them for us. At this point this feels like a shakedown and as a small business, trying to communicate with them and reach them feels nearly impossible, and then when you do get through, it's like speaking with a brick wall. They have no desire to resolve these issues or even keep us as a customer, and are now trying to charge us to escape their already predatory practices.

    Alsco is a company you have to really stay away from. They charge twice as much as their competitors and, it order to get service from them, you have to sign a 5 year contract. 5 years overpaying dearly. In addition, their Sales Representative is/was extremely rude when confronted about this is***s and, when we wanted to end the service 6 months before the 5 year contract was over, they immediately threatened to *** us. This company uses mafia like behavior. My advice is to stay away from this company.
