Date of transaction was February 16 2023. I ordered it thru TTS products. I paid **** for a carpet extractor. I dont have a tracking number I called the company and every time they say they will have an answer the next day. Next day already turned into a week. A purchase with no tracking number that does not make sense at all.Business response

Placed an order with them on Amazon.com they sent me a broken machine, emailed the company the day I got it to inform them that the item looks used and has broken parts, they sent right away a return shipping label, without asking me for anything else, then when they received the return they charged me a restocking fee of close to ***** I contacted the company multiple times to get my $ back, since it wasn't buyers remorse, it was shipped back because of their fault issue, I should not need to pay for anything when they sent me a used item for the price of a brand new, and it was fraudulently listed as brand new as well. Every time I emailed them they told me I didn't send them pictures and that was after they received it already and they know they are in possession of the steamer, so I can't take any pictures anymore. And they saw the item was exactly as I described it, I believe that's their MO since all the reviews on this company is very similar, I believe they purposely try to deceive their customers. I'm requesting a full refund immediately.Business response

ANY COMPLAINTS SHOULD BE FILED AGAINST THEM - CUSTOMER PAID AMAZON DIRECTLY. Consumer Response /* (2000, 7, 2022/05/24) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) The company is trying to give the run around to Amazon they are basically playing the system to get away with their fraudulent behavior. Even though it was purchased on Amazon marketplace it wasn't an item that was shipped and sold by Amazon it was shipped directly from the company, so Amazon doesn't have much control on that, they're already investigating the seller to remove them from their platform but are not issuing a credit on their behalf.
