I am unable to return my mailbox key because the business does not answer calls or emails and fails to open during its stated hours. My mailbox expired and I moved out of town, and due to the aforementioned issues, I have been unable to return my mailbox key. My most recent attempts at contact were an email I sent to their old AND new email addresses on 6/23/22, called them on 6/20/22 at 1:42pm Pacific time (during which I was unable to reach a person OR a voice mailbox, and was only met with an automatic message stating that the voice mailbox was full), and prior to that, I attempted to physically stop by twice during posted business hours on that same day (6/20/22), during which time the business failed to actually be open as advertised on their own front door. In the months prior, I made MANY similar attempts (including trying to stop by during their posted business hours). I am unable to return my key because the business has failed to be open or in any way contactable. I am now at my wit's end. Desired resolution: I wish to return my mailbox key. Make a way for this to happen.
