    I have been renting a postal box at this location for over a year and a half. On November 27, 2023 I made an online purchase. On December 4, 2023 at 8:41 am PST the package was delivered via PIGGYSHIP tracking number # 4C000363052US. I called the UPS Store immediately after receiving the notification of delivery, the employee confirmed delivery of the package. And informed I was being charged a $5 fee. On December 16, 2023, I went to retrieve my package and was advised by an employee, the package was not there and was never logged in the book minutes later ****** (manager) via phone said and that **** (owner) had sent the package back due to a miscommunication on their part. On December 18, I have asked for tracking information and have been given the run around. December other packages were sent and I was advised after 3 days there is a $5 fee to retrieve packages. There was nothing in the contact that I initially signed to rent a mailbox, that there is a $5 fee for packages at all. And I've had other packages from Amazon delivered without any fees at all.

    As a commercial driver I contacted the store before I ordered some items that I needed to receive on my cross country delivery trip. Two different store employees assured me everything would be fine for a certain small fee. When the first item arrived I was contacted and confronted by the manager who did not want my items sent to his store and he wanted all my items to be rejected and returned to their individual sellers. This situation caused me a tremendous amount of stress and financial loss. The manager was extremely angry and hostile, of which I have not seen in a very long time. I have tried to contact *** Corporate and there is no resolution or any ability to contact anyone over this manager's head. I do not want to be contacted about this by this company this is the fourth time I've had problems with the UPS Store and apparently they only employ terrible individuals and I don't know how they even do any kind of business let alone stay in business. I had to contact Amazon and went to Great Lengths to get one of the packages returned which was unnecessarily difficult Since the manager felt that a 20 inch by 20 inch by 20 in small dorm sized freezer was too big for his office. He did offer to hold it for an extremely inflated amount that was almost half of the original purchase price. I am done with the UPS store across ***************** I am sick and tired of this as an over the road driver I cover ******************************************************************************************** through these agencies but I see that that is not possible.
