      In February I saw promotion on Instagram from LeFace Permanent Makeup for a combo of lips and eyebrow tattoo for $420. I called the and spoke to the owner *****************. I explained my situation with my eyebrows and that I wanted to buy the promotion but l couldn't get my eyebrows done right away because l was getting my eyebrows laser removal tattoo and that it was going take a couple of months before I could get my eyebrows tattooed since it takes a couple of sessions to remove the old tattoo. She told me that wasn't a problem so on February 2nd l sent her $70 to make an appointment to get my lips done first. On March 10th I went for my appointment to get my lips done and I sent her the remaining balance of $350 to get my eyebrows done later. On July 27th I called her on the phone she didn't answer and just told me to text her. I text her and told her I was ready to get my lips retouched and my eyebrows done. She told me too much time had passed on my lips to be retouched and I understand it was my fault. I then told her that I wanted my eyebrows since I payed for lips and eyebrows. She then texted me that the promotion was only for two months which I was never told before because I wouldn't have purchased the promotion since I had the situation with my eyebrows being laser tattooed. She told me that she charges now $600 for eyebrows and then she would give me a discount because her prices had gone up and her supplies were expensive now. I told her that's not what I paid for and I was never told it was a two month promotion. I then ask her to give me a refund of half of what I paid which would be $210 since only one procedure was completed. She didn't respond to giving me a refunded and stopped texting me.

I saw an advertisement on Instagram for lip blush and eyebrow tattooing. The advertisement listed in February of 2022 stated it was $420 for both treatments together. This prompted me to call and set an appointment. During my phone call I let the owner know that I could get my lips done right away but had to wait on eyebrows due to having laser tattoo removal. I let her know this would take a few months and the owner agreed and said it was fine. On July 27 of 2022 I contacted **** through text to let her know that I wanted to have my eyebrows done as this was our agreed-upon services I paid for. She responded that it was only a two month promotion (I was never told about this until now). I tried to ask for a refund since I was only provided one of the two services that was paid for. She mentioned her prices went up and the costs had increased. She also stated that nothing is the same with pricing even though the first treatment was just completed a few months ago in March of 2022. She mentioned there was nothing she could do about the situation. She mentioned that there is no one that would help with this since she is the owner and no one else would respond to correct the discrepancy. I am asking for her to refund a portion of funds that are due to me for services that were never rendered $210.This business did not provide a service they were advertising and failed to correct the situation through a refund. Please note that I cannot accept the response to my complaint that was filed. The reason is that **** ************ (owner of Le Face Permanent Makeup) rents a chair and runs her company out of Elite Permanent Makeup and Training Center. All complaints regarding Le Face should be directed to **** or Le Face, not Elite Permanent Makeup. Business Response /* (1000, 38, 2022/10/27) */ Hi******, After receiving your complaint I've gone ahead and reviewed our communication and my records. There seems to be a miscommunication here for what was paid for and what wasn't. During the month of February I offered a promotion for Microblading and Lip Blushing for $700. According to my records, you have paid the $350 for your lip blushing, and the $70 deposit for that service. Because you have received the Lip Blushing service from me I cannot refund the full or half of the amount for this. I can go ahead and refund you the $70 for the deposit you made. I hope this can rectify the situation for you. Please see attached for supporting documents.
