      Between my husband and I we spend tons of money at ******. We love the flower and pods. Their pod return policy is absolutely ridiculous. Its 7 days to return. We buy multiple pods at a time so we may not even get to the next pod for 3 weeks. Its inevitable that one of us will always have one that either clogs or leaks. My husband bought one that started leaking oil in his mouth when he hit it on the 8th day. He went in and tried to return it and the manager said there was nothing they could do. They know their pods are defective and refuse to do right by their customers. We will be moving to another brand that doesnt try to steal from their customer base.

      I spent $100 on several Stiiizy flower packages, White ***** and 40s. It was a huge disappointment when I opened each one. Their "claim" for high quality flower is a lie. The flower I received was amongst the lowest quality buds I've ever tried. Every package was a bunch of "smalls," basically leftover bottom-of-the-barrel ****** dried flower that failed to stay lit and did not produce a good high. Smoke very ****** harsh and even got me sick. I reached out to customer service, in hopes of receiving a partial refund or at least a free item, but all they sent me was a 10% off coupon. I wouldn't spend a $1, if they offered me an ounce of their flower for it. That is how poor the quality of their product is. My home grown auto flower buds were twice the size and produced more euphoria and flavor than any of their dried up buds. It's no suprise that they have a 1.2 star reputation on BBB. I hope they go out of business. There are so many better products on the market for half the price.

      I placed an order for Stiiizy merchandise and they sent me the wrong item. After emailing support, they said they would send the correct item I ordered after I sent the wrong item back. It turns out they were lying, and proceeded to partially refund me instead of actually sending the item I originally ordered. Then, they proceed to ignore the rest of my support requests. I still cant believe a company of this size would do that to me. Terrible customer service I will never order ********************** merch or cannabis products ever again.

      I have been purchasing disposal vape pens for almost 2 years from this company. I have noticed that they stop working halfway through leaving a half the wax in there. I got a couple more and it did the same. They told me if half of the wax is gone there is nothing they can do. No problem I have 3 pins halfway full. They also say you need the original package which I no longer have but I can provide the proof when I purchased with the receipt from the dispensary. They said that was not enough. I have 3 pens halfway full and had to thrown them away. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY ITS A RIPOFF. I will also be filing a complaint with the state.

      Dont try their delivery. Even when they claim they can super deliver, they cant. Order two hours before and they wait until your delivery time to tell you hat it wont be delivered with a smile. Could have ordered from somewhere else local in that time.

      the carts do not work and get clogged, then the company claims they cannot be replaced. have reached out to the company and they do not response. BEWARE OF THIS SELLER AS THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED AT ALL!

      I have never bought from them but decided to give it a try. When i bought a preroll from stiiizy, I emptied out the preroll to inspect the weed, I found a woodchip. Makes me wonder what else they are putting into the prerolls. Sketch.

      I became extremely ill from a Stiiizy pre-roll. I had a fierce headache, rapid heartbeat, high blood pressure, and breathing problems after only a few tiny puffs. It lasted for several days. I have used cannabis many times over the years and NEVER had any negative outcomes!Stiiizy did everything they could do to evade responsibility, until I eventually discovered that they included 5 or 6 different chemicals as additives (in a miniscule font on the label), which their customer service "neglected" to mention. That in addition to pesticides used for growing the cannabis, and solvents used to extract the terpenes and kif added to the product (which are not declared). In short, an extremely toxic product. The name of their testing lab is not given either. I filed a complaint with BBB and Stiiizy's slick PR team attempted to lie their way out of all responsibility (while claiming to "care about accountability)." This is a very reckless and irresponsible company, and I urge everyone to stay clear of them and their products.

      Ordered from Store: ************************************************************************Ordered: ****** XL INFUSED PRE ROLL Issue: My product is excluded from the return and exchange policy as it's not as STIIZY PRODUCT Issue: Unfortunately this Stiizy store does not have the Return and Exchange policy shown at one counter as required by ********** Refund and Exchange law Civil Code Section ****, which states any ********** retailer: If the *************** Policy does not include these expectations, it must be conspicuously displayed, even it only applies to one class of merchandise. For example, if a retailer only authorizes exchanges but not refunds, that would need to be displayed.Likewise, if returns are not authorized on particular merchandise, like medical items, that must also be displayed.For these reasons of not showing what products are included in return policy. 1/5 stars

      I ordered a Stiiizy battery on June 4th along with the two day priority shipping, the tracking info on the shop app shows it still sitting in LA. I have reached out to the company directly thru email and phone and have not gotten a response. I have received no call back or email. Im not happy about being swindled out of 40 bucks so I wrote this to help others avoid my mistake.
