I received a bed bath and beyond survey for $10 e gift card. I completed it and never got the gift card. This company is the contact for the survey. i reached out many times and never received a reply.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/06/15) */ At Material, we place great emphasis on the study participant's survey experience. We have no record of the complainant contacting us on this issue. Nevertheless, we were able to reach her today by telephone, and have provisioned to her a $50.00 credit to our gift card platform Tremendous, which she can use to purchase any sort of gift card available on the platform (**************, etc.). Consumer Response /* (2000, 7, 2022/06/16) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) I contacted the company through the email address at the bottom of the survey a few times and through the contact link on their website twice. I greatly appreciate them calling me and providing this gift card and the amount.
