    Hands down the worst experience I have ever had with a mental health professional in my entire life (and I've had many). First of all, I tried to reschedule due to being laid up sick in bed. I was not allowed to reschedule unless I wanted to fork over $150, or escalate to their billing department. So I go to the appointment, I am visibly ill and in bed - the provider, Nurse Practitioner ******., does not even inquire how I'm feeling after I mention I am sick. Zero empathy--she just kept reading through questions without even glancing up to look at me. She seemed impatient and irritated with me if I asked any follow-up or clarifying questions. She asked about any history of trauma, and then when I shared, she did not respond and just continued down the list to the next question. Ms. ****** also seemed judgmental of my antidepressant use while nursing, which mind you was prescribed by a very well regarded and specialized postpartum psychiatrist (who just happens to no longer be in network, which is why I ended up with Rula for medication refills). Anyways, TLDR - stay away, seek care elsewhere!!!

    They lied about taking my insurance an their provider was not qualified for what I was seeking help with. THe sessions were five minutes long and she refused to be on camera for one of them. They ripped me off for hundreds of dollars, that I can not afford. Now I am more broke, more frustrated and still have made no progress on my mental health issues.Absolutely shameful company.

    Just more ******** from this company hiding behind even more ********. They took my money, they never wanted to help. Be aware of this scam company.**** DOES NOT HELP PEOPLE WHO ARE SEEKING ASSISTANCE, THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE. BE AWARE.

    This company is very money driven, not focused on helping their patients. If you have to cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, they automatically charge you $99. In my opinion, this is fraud.

    Requested my records on 3/17, it's now 4/8. I've called support 5 times and sent a dozen emails to support and the records department. I have received 2 emails stating they will mail me some form (that's not on the website). No form has been sent. The patient portal is useless and I still don't have my records, which is past the 15 days outlined in the ********** Health Code. A horrible and stressful experience.

    Save your money. Youre better off talking to chat GBT than you are this unprofessional company. Ive gone through 3 therapist with all of them being distracted, not remembering what Im saying or late. Save your money. Mecah Paris is one of the worst therapists at this company.

    I have been a therapist working for **** for over a year. I blocked out time to see clients but did not receive any clients so I contacted **** to see why. **************** was no help told me to open more availability so I could sit and wait for no clients to be put on my schedule. Makes no sense! I have had several technical problems over the year with little company contact or help. Then they froze my account never told me why. When I called support they said they fix the problem, but they did not, I finally gave up and took all my availability off the schedule. Now I only see the last 7 clients I have until they are done with therapy just so they can continue to have the services they need. Recently I got a list of clients I supposedly did not have notes written for. When I looked into it I had never seen those clients on those dates per Rula's own records, All the clients on the list were someone else's clients not mine. This company is unprofessional, inattentive to problems, and does not know what they are doing. They need to be shut down.

    Unfeeling. Zero compassion. Only interested in lining their pockets. My provider Dr. ** the very first time I made an appointment she canceled it. I thought maybe that day just doesnt work for her. Shouldve seen that as a red flag, but I pushed on. I made another appointment with her because there arent that many psychiatrist on there. She took 45 minutes to answer the call. Mind you the appointment is only 30 mins long. Why did I just hang up? Because I needed help! When she does answer she was quick to tell me she was sick and could not continue the call. I politely accepted that and rescheduled. A few appointments in I get sick myself. I drag myself out of bed to be on the Zoom call. Barely able to speak I tell her Im not feeling well may we please reschedule. She says fine. But I find later that Ive been charged $150 for a no show/last minute reschedule. So its totally fine when life happens to your provider, but if its you thats been given the curveball? Its just too bad so sad. The whole point of the service about mental health. I am shocked by the sheer lack of ***** from a company aimed at help people with mental ILLNESS. The only reason Im giving this place a star is because I did meet an amazing therapist, Dr. ** It took FOREVER to find a good therapist. My life is better with her in it. But thats one provider. The rest of how **** works. Id advise you look elsewhere.

    I registered online, provided all my information, and scheduled a first appointment. Therapist was a no-show. Not only did he not show up, he never responded to my message about rescheduling. I also contacted customer support, who never called or emailed me back. I canceled the remaining recurring appointments, which the system automatically set. Since I registered I get all kinds of junk emails, so I imagine my info is out there somewhere it shouldn't be. I will have to keep an eye on my insurance and credit cards.

    Provider no showed to first appointment. All I can believe is that all of this is a scam, and I need to watch my credit card statement or shut it down. There was no apology when I called to try to figure out what was going on. Just "we've cancelled the appointment so don't worry you won't get charged". This is THERAPY (allegedly), you guys, not shoes. Tone deaf, probably a fake business, and wildly unacceptable response to the service I received if not.

    Scheduled my first ever appointment through Rula. My therapist, ******* *******, was supposed to meet me virtually today, 1/28/25 at 10:00 am EST. I got on Zoom. I waited and waited. I sent her a message through the Rula app asking if she was going to make the appointment. I received no response. I took screenshots of the message I sent *******. Then I left the Zoom call at 10:16am. I also took a screenshot before I left. I called customer service, which is a foreign call center. To explain the no call no show. I was told I would not get charged. The *** tried to persuade me to do another appointment with someone else or try the same lady again. I told her I was not interested in seeing the same therapist since she lacks communication and isnt reliable. And I didnt wish to pursue another therapist through them since this was my first time and I got no showed. I asked for my account to be deleted as I didnt not wish to use them again. I would not recommend using this app, mental health clearly isnt a priority to them.
