    I have received a bill in which I am not responsible for. My last visit with them was in November 2023, this bill is for August 2023. I am receiving the bill in July 2024. By the way, they have gone from a 1st, 2nd, and final notice in less than one week. I had to discontinue my treatment because they had a contractual disagreement with Blue Shield (my insurance). After contacting the billing department numerous times, I was told I had until a certain date before I was charged out of pocket, and I discontinued my treatment well before that date. I was told regarding the previous appointments I had, whatever Blue Shield was unwilling to pay for would NOT be my responsibility, and WellPsyche would absorb the costs of what was left over. I was told I had nothing to worry about besides my copay of $25 which was always paid in full. This is very upsetting because I was extremely concerned about being charged randomly because of this dispute but was reassured multiple times that I would not be charged. Now I have received my final notice in less than a week from the first notice. I have responded to their emails, texts, have left several call back requests and voicemails since last week and I have heard NOTHING back from the billing department. I am currently on hold trying to talk to someone for over two hours, having to press #3 to remain on hold once every freaking minute! How am I supposed to get to the bottom of this billing issue without being able to talk to anyone?! This is completely unacceptable and I am beside myself that not one person has responded back to me, yet I have received my final billing notification. Poor business practices. Dont waste your time and resources with WellPsyche!
