September 2021 my hotel room was burglarized in this hotel and the hotel not Insurance company has never reached out to me. They claimed to have reached out to me in a recent complaint I filed but it was untrue. Please be weary of hotels like Hotel Angeleno ***************** They aren't an honest nor safe establishment. What I've experienced was horrific and I would recommend anyone to look deeper into a place to stay for a price of sort.Initial Complaint

I booked a trip to ** and the reason why I chose this hotel was due to the free valet parking. I reach out to the hotel via their website chat. No response, I then reached out to the card company to dispute it. The hotel is claiming that the hotel had no promotion, even though it's still up on the ******** ******* travel website. I'm currently working with the***************** travel website, to get my refund of $102.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/01/31) */ To whom it may concern, I went ahead and removed the parking fees from the guests reservation. A credit of $102 will be going back to the customer's account. Please allow 5-8 business days for the amount to reflect back into their account.
