On 03/11/2022 I placed and order through the ghettobike website for a custom made motorized bicycle. The order number is R813787152. ($2775.00) Prior to placing this order I spoke to a representative who said it would take about 3 months to build this bike and I was willing to wait. After a few months of waiting I was told that due to the shipping cost they would lose money if they shipped the package as is. And we tried to resolve this case by splitting the order in 3 different boxes. I didn't hear any update after this point, only that they will ship my order soon.Initial Complaint

I wish I would of read the complaints on this shop before I was a customer. Ordered some parts totaling $486.00 in April. Never received, no messages until I messaged the business to see what was going on. At that point he said a machine broke or some lie like that. I said I done a purchase dispute. He stated no problem he wouldn't fight it. He did fight it and I'm out $486.00. Don't buy from this company! If anyone wants to mail me about a class action. My address is P.O. Box 6 ********************** *****. This is a terrible person that needs to be stopped.Initial Complaint

On May 31,2022 I******* ghettobikes.com $1850 to put electric motors on 2 three wheel bikes I was told after months that the wrong parts were sent after that I couldn't reach the owner for weeks. I received excuses ********************************************************** Finally on Nov 14, 2022 I picked up the bikes and was told he spent my money and when he is approved for SSI he would pay. Now I am unable to reach him. His ***** contact is ***** with business phone number.Initial Complaint

I sent **** dollars to ghetto bikes to build me a custom bike June 5th 2021 I was told bike would be built in 5 weeks I've tried for months to call the buissnes no answer, pepole continue to get products from him all I want is my bike or **** dollarsInitial Complaint

I sent **** dollars to ghetto bike to have him build a bike I never received nothing he just took my money will not answer phone calls, emails nothing just stole my money
