I buy 2 items, December XX-XXXX / the package is shown as "delivered" on December XX-XXXX / the package never arrived, I spoke to customer service and they told me that they would solve my problem. my money or the replacement ... I asked for the replacement they tell me that the next day they would send it to me, I waited the next day, I contacted me again via chat 2 times they told me to wait for the package to be delivered at the end of the day ... the package never arrived. I spoke again and they tell me that they will no longer make a replacement or refund that they opened a case and that I waited 48 hours for an answer ..
