I purchased one of many dream cars in 2016 - a 2011 Nissan Murano Cross-Cabriolet which Nissan stopped making in 2014. In 2019, after the car stopped 3 times on the freeway, **** near killing me, I took the car to Nissan DTLA and Ace Games shared I needed to replace the *** Transmission, that occurred 6/12/19 at 102k miles. ************ due to my mileage it was no longer under warranty. After it was replaced, *** shared there were a myriad of problems with the car that couldn't be detected until the *** transmission was replaced. With each diagnostic, there was something else, to the tune of approximately $15,000. *** promised if I keep bringing the car to him to be serviced, I could potentially drive the car up to 400k miles. So I did so, faithfully. On 9/18/23, I called ************************* whom I met on 9/9/23 when I had my car serviced, he shared the *** transmission failed a **** gin. Ace Games, now the new Service Manager in ************ text me that it needed to be replaced, along with the engine valve covers to stop an oil leak or risk the engine catching afire as I drive to the tune of $9k additional dollars. Between the cost of the car, finance charges, repairs and regular service, I've spent approximately $42,000 on a 2011 that isn't drivable right now and to add insult to injury, ****** told me I've got 48 hours to return the loaner or I'll be charged $100 per day to store my car, $35 per day for the loaner and there is nothing they can do. This is what they tell me post-plandemic.
