I have a subscription to LABJ, however I stopped reading the newspapers as I dont enjoy the content. When I tried to go online to cancel from My Account, it said my email did not exist. On 4/24/23 I sent an email to their circulation desk asking them to cancel and I received no response. On 4/26/23 I again sent an email to their circulation desk asking them to cancel and I received no response. On 5/1/23 I sent an email to their circulation director, *******************************, asking him to cancel and to acknowledge my email and I received no response.Ive called both their circulation department and their customer service desk multiple times. The last time I contacted them was on 2/5/24 in which I both called and emailed. After waiting on hold for six minutes, the automated wait time began increasing until it reached 13 minutes. At which point, I hung up. Not a single one of my emails or my calls to the circulation desk has received any reply. They continue to send me issues and refuse to cancel my subscription. I want them to cancel my subscription and stop sending me issues.Business response
