For about 3 years now I have not been able to use or update my account on my profile on 123 Notary.com I paid for my services and have not been able to use them, the website is great I actually love using them. All I want to do is update my profile and change my contact number. I have lost so much money and business by not being able to update my phone number.I have tried to update by using services through there website that does not work. I have tried contacting company through email, that isn't working. I have even tried calling 800 number that is not working neither. All I really want to do is update my contact number and change my password and update my listing and listings. If not I refund for my lost wages.Initial Complaint

This website 123Notary as me listed as a notary for hire on there website without my approval. I have requested from this company to be added to their website. I have contacted by phone but unable to get live person on the line to have contact information remove. I emailed the owner ***************************(***************************) several times to be removed just as his phone and website state to contact this him. I would like my contact information to be remove from his website because I did not authorize or make a payment requesting to be added. I have had a notary business listing with 123Notary for several years. I asked the site owner to put my listing on hold until the end of 2022 because I had surgery in July 2022. I asked him to hold my #2 spot in my county for my return in 2023. I also asked him to process my renewal as scheduled. I healed from surgery sooner than anticipated and contacted the site owner in September 2022 to reactivate my listing. I continued to contact him and have yet to receive a response. I found out two weeks ago my listing was deleted from the site. I paid $99 to reactivate my listing, but as of yet, my listing has not been returned to the website. I also paid for a high, numbered listing since my promised #2 spot has been taken. I don't know who else to contact.Initial Complaint

I sent $99.00 to owner, ****** *******, for the renewal of my membership profile registered with 123Notary. My profile did not show up on the registry and I cannot get in touch with anyone, I have tried email, numerus phone calls. I want to find out what is happening. Are they still in business, if not I want my money back.Initial Complaint

I have reached out to this company many times. I have not ever signed up with them and they have illegally displayed and shared my personal cell number which is LISTED and on the DO NOT CONTACT LIST. ************************* They should know that this is illegal and they are required to check all numbers against the do not call list regularly. I will now be reporting them. Additionally, the numbers and emails posted on their website to contact them are not good. Under the law, consumers may add their names to a Do Not Call List. It's illegal for telemarketers to call those numbers on the list and those found violating this law face fines of $11,000 per call. For example, if you act in July or August, they must stop calling you by the end of September.Initial Complaint

****** ******* is the owner of the site 123 Notary. He advertises to let notaries have a listing on his site for a price. I paid my listing fee last year and my listing got removed with no explanation. I paid my listing fee this year again and after a few months my listing got removed again with no notice or explanation. The 123 notary site allows people to see your listing and contact you for mobile notary services. These actions are adversely affecting my business and my livelihood.Initial Complaint

I paid 123Notary to get my name and notary business advertised on the website on ******** The website is falsely advertising saying they will post your listing within 24 hours. 123Notary is not advertising my business and they will not respond to calls or emails sent to phone numbers and email addresses on their website. They have kept my ****** and have not provided any advertising services. I want a refund ! ****** is the owner, I have left several messages and emails. I paid for an annual listing in January. This has happened before where ****** *******, owner of 123 notary just makes your site off line for no reason at all. I want my money back. He's ignoring my emails and he has done this to so many people now.Initial Complaint

I paid **** to get my name and notary business advertised on his website. His website is not advertising my business and they will not respond to calls or emails sent to phone numbers and email addresses on their website. They have kept my **** and have not provided any advertising services. I want a refund or my money.
