I purchased a hard cover book from this company Order no, AB35407 on 3/10/2024 with 5 days shipping; with no shipping charge; and they lead me to believe it was a hardcover; however the book never arrived - when I followed they said it was an ebook - not an hard cover - I ordered the book in good faith and requested a refund which they will no send - I looked at the reviews and found out there are a lot of deceptive practices by the same company with sumiliar findingaBusiness response

On March 10, 2024, I purchased a book online from this company. The advertised book purported to be hardback. The company asked for my mailing address (giving the appearance that they wanted to calculate shipping and to know where to send the book) and no where in their materials did they state that book was an ebook for which you needed a special reader. Within seconds of making the purchase I received an email full of typos, lack of punctation, and incomplete sentences saying I needed to click on a special link to receive my ebook. I did not buy an ebook and I will not click on the company's link. They are running a scam based on misleading and fraudulent advertising and they should be ordered to stop their fraudulent advertising and/or be told to shut down. Initially, they refused a refund but after several emails from me, they said in incomplete English and confusing terms, they will refund me the money but not for about 30 days. I do not think they will send me the refund, and most importantly, I think their business should not be allowed to continue as is.Business response

******************************************* website is a scam. They pretend to be selling physical books and other office products. Hundreds of people have ordered them, only to find out that they purchased an ebook. Most people don't ever receive a link for the ebook. I contacted the "company" -- *********************** is the lady's name running it -- and they denied refunding me. I have never clicked on the "link" to the ebook because I am worried it's a scam, just like the company is. I found 96 reviews of everyone having the same issue (************************************************************). Please shut this website down and make *********************** responsible for the money she has scammed hundreds of people out of. I have included screenshots of my Paypal receipt, my order confirmation email, and my email conversation with ******.Business response
