I'm seriously blown away by the quality and beauty and can't stop shaking my head that it's mine.
I had many email exchanges often over the weekends and on Sundays, and D who I worked with was always timely getting back to me and very professional. Only once did I have to wait a couple days for him to respond. He also seemed genuinely excited to have closed the deal for me as the item I purchased was in my opinion a great buy!
My questions were always answered and D was very patient with my constant emails about shipping, GIA/IGS certifications, the overall process. It did take one month from date I sent check to receiving the item, but the disclaimers clearly explain the timetable. (Remember weekends and holidays don't count)
It's rare these days to be able to 'trust' someone you've never met, who you purchase an expensive item through ON THE INTERNET, but it's the world we live in an some people do honor their responsibility with ethics and integrity. D and auction barn estates did that for me.
I've already got him looking for another luxury item for me!
