            The transaction took place on Saturday, November 4. I ordered a Discover Box of perfumes that I saw on the Tonight Show by ******************************* the owner of this business. I then went to the Henry Rose website and order what I thought was the exact Discovery box that I saw her advertised. Her box on TV was about 18 by 12 inches. It contained between 12 and 18 small bottle of perfume sample with a spraying mechanism in each. The cost on the website for the Discovery Box was $45 with tax it was $47.92. Today I received the so called Discovery Box. The box it came in was 5 by 6 inches and the box of actual samples was 2 by 2.5 inches. There were 2 tiny 2 x 2.5 boxes and within them were a few samples. No spray. No bottles. Total rip off. When I wrote the company, they said sorry but we don't refund Discovery Boxes. Huh? This was a total bait and switch. I will send their samples back but I want my money back.

            I got on their website to order a sample package. $45 no problem, shipping no problem, how much could it cost to ship 12 sample size perfume vials? Tax i understand absolutely everything is taxed. $2.95 no problem. So I entered my information I get a promo code ship it free Im thinking, sweet. Thats $8.95 off the total. So the total for the product was $45 -$8.95 that left $36.05 get to the next page for the payment information they had $2.95 for tax no problem but they also added the $8.95 for tax. It showed that it came off and then they added it back on, thats my complaint they give you a promo code that says ship it free but its not free shipping. Thats called a lie. Thats not nice Henry Rose.
