      ****************** continues to send Vero reports on **** , claiming that our items are counterfeit when it's completely not true.We have our rights to resell these products as we don't need them anymore .Per the First Sale Doctrine we have the right to resell these products bought by us on their official site . We want the immediate withdrawal of their recent VERO reports sent to ****, because they seriously damage our reputation and our algorithm score with **** and more importantly we can have our store illegally suspended because of their reports. They know that we bought their products in their site as our files can be found there and they already reported us in the past and we provided documentation of our purchases in their store, with the outcome that they blocked our next orders.They don't want people to resell their items , but this is not a legal way to stop us from doing it. We will contact our lawyer on this matter if the situation is not solved in a timely manner. The first time we contacted them on March 6, but they never replied back.       I followed an ad from ******** to Thrives website where I was met with a teaser asking if I wanted to sign up for a 20% discount. I did so and immediately received the following text:Thrive Causemetics: Welcome to the Thrive Causemetics and Bigger Than Beauty Skincare family! For every product purchased, we donate to help communities thrive.Enjoy 20% off with code ZQP30XKGS5KH at checkout for a limited time.Shop now: ************************* *One discount per orderI then started shopping and at checkout I applied the code and it didnt work. No explanation was given other than it wasnt valid. I then contacted customer service through Chat and was told by the agent, All of our codes exclude sets and recurring orders. Apparently the two eyeliners I had in my shopping cart constituted a set, but the text with the code that I received did not say there were any restrictions other than time. I tried to place the order within 15 minutes of receiving the text, so that was not an issue. I told the agent I saw this as a bait and switch tactic, because the conditions were not disclosed up front. I only shopped because I had the discount code, so when I couldnt use it for the items that best suited me it was a waste of time. If they have restrictions they need to make them plain and clear. They also need to inform the customer why a code doesnt work at the time its used. I did ask the agent for a replacement code that I could use and he refused to give me one and did not offer another solution. In fact he doubled down and said the restrictions were listed at the bottom of the mailer, but I received a text.

      A makeup bag with makeup was offered for free by this company. So I placed the order and didnt have to pay anything. The next day I get an email from Thrive saying that my order had been cancelled. I spoke with someone at Thrive ( her name was *********) and she told me that it was a glitch in their system and my order was cancelled. She would not let me have one unless I made a purchase. Well making a purchase to get the bag was not the offer. Getting the makeup kit for free with no purchase was the offer. I am very dissatisfied!!

      This company sold me make up and advised me if I didnt like it I would return it for a full refund which I did. They said they never received it. Ive been charged twice since the first time I had to call and tell them to please not charge me anymore and that I didnt want to be in their little program so they took that charge back but now today Ive been charged again $32 and something cents

      I ordered. They sent my item was on the way. It was a ********* tracking. Whenever I checked and STILL it says no record. They did ship it without notice. It was delivered without us knowing. It says in 100 degree weather from 12pm to 10pm because I cannot leave my shift at the hospital to go pick up mismanaged shipping! I told then immediately I want a new shipment because I will not use makeup that sat in head all day. They told me to open and check them. I told them no! They do not decide when I open them and I am not opening someones gift (one of the items) and I will not gift a damaged item. They have argued with me and taken no responsibility. I STILL have the emails and tracking and it still says No Record for the shipment. They are not helpful and dishonest. I said I will send back all the items and for them to send me a new shipment NOW. They refuse. Their shipping failure created this problem.

      I bought an eyeshadow from this company on August 3. The price of the item is $27. I was charged $33. I made the purchase through Klarna where you pay in installments. I got the product and it was not to my satisfaction. It was dried out. I immediately shipped it back with a return label they sent me. The only refund that Thrive cosmetics gave back to Klarna for the return was $11.33. I was told by Klarna that they owe me $22.64. They refuse to give another refund. They sent me an email saying that they returned that amount. I included a photo that shows my first payment was for $16.98. The second payment was for $5.99. The full amount of the refund I got was $11.33. They're not processing this correctly and they say they have refunded the full amount. Even though it shows in the email they sent me it doesn't even come close to $33. I'm willing to accept the payment they offered. But I have not received it and I have been getting a lot of pushback from them so I don't know if they're even going to take care of the situation for me. I've done everything I possibly can to rectify the situation but they just are not cooperating. I appreciate any help you can give me. Thank you.

      This company took my money, obtained a tracking number but never gave the product to ***** I placed an order on 12/25, the company claims they fulfilled it and gave me a tracking number on 12/26. The tracking number is ********************** and it is still saying on the **** website they are waiting for the business to give them the package. I emailed the company on 12/30 and got no response. I also filed a complaint with them through PayPal and have not heard back. This company is posting ads all over ******** and there are at least a hundred other peo0le saying they ordered from Thrive Causemetics as far back as November and the company still had not shipped their stuff or responded to emails. No one answers the phone when you call. I either want my package or my money back.

      I ordered a product through the company Website on December 28, 2021. I reached out to the company because the tracking number showed that the package hadn't left the shipping facility as of 5 days after I placed the order. I was told to check back on January 8 if I hadn't received the item. I did so, and was then told to check back after January 10. Today I reached out in a new attempt as I feel like this is ridiculous since I can't even see tracking. I was told via email to reach back out if I hadn't received it by January 14. I then spoke with a customer service representative by the name of ************** via live chat, who said the same thing. I expressed how I felt the customer service had been lacking and this was the third date I had been given to reach back out on. She told me I was told January 8th and then proceeded to tell me that I was never told the 10th and basically called me a liar. I then sent her a picture of the email I was speaking about. She was rude and not helpful at all. I then exited the chat, and called the customer support via phone. I was able to speak with an agent who finally gave me an update that the package is supposed to arrive tomorrow. I would like to reach some sort of resolution as I feel I was wronged and treated unprofessionally as a first time customer.

      Ordered two eyeliners (different colors) on the same day at the same time. Charge was $22.00 + ****% (****) tax = $23.65. Company charged shipping @ $5.95 + 7.5% (again!) = $6.40 for (each) eyeliner. Total = $30.05 for each eyeliner. This should have been processed as one (1) order @ $22.00 ea. or $44.00 total sale + 7.5% per item or $ ***** + (1 charge) for Shipping @ $6.40 or $53.70. Highway robbery to charge two separate Shipping charges and add TAX. In no way is there justification for total Shipping charges of $12.80!This method of double taxing is THEFT and DECEPTION. Because of this experience I refuse to order from them ever again. Desired Resolution? Refund the $6.40 tax illegal overcharge.
