I thought I was signing up for a 1-month subscription to e-******** I tried to get E-******* to work, but it would not due to some technical glitch in the program. So, at that point, I tried to contact ***************** day I signed up but was unable to. I wanted to speak with someone about this but could not get help.Then soon after, I found out they charged me for 6 months, which is not what I thought I was signing up for. I wanted to tell them that I only wanted the one- month subscription because I was only in the area for a week to see if I could get a date. I was from out of town. This is a Bait and Switch and made me realize I was being scammed. So, I called my bank and did a stop payment. This is my honest situation with e-******** and will never ever sign up with that company again! Ive been finding other people being ripped of just like me. All over the internet you can find bad reviews about how e-******* treats people. Some are also Bait and Switch. Bait and Switch Advertising is illegal!

I enrolled in eHarmony a few days ago and began a search. The search included women ***** years old less than 100km from my home. No other filters were used. There are nearly a million people in the area of 50km from my home. The search resulted in 30 women total. There were no women younger than 54. Just for the sake of it I searched all ages and recived exactly the same results. I read in the terms and conditions that I could get a refund within 3 days if I wasn't satisfied. After 2 days, I wrote an email requesting a cancellation of my account and refund. They replied saying they would not refund me and the 3 day policy was for a few of the states in the ** and that's it. I replied demanding a refund and they replied the same. Just for the sake of it, I searched Match.com and there were over 450 women with the same filters selected. Please do yourself a favor and do not use eHarmony under any circumstance.

I started a profile Feb 2024. Asked to cancel within a few days. They said that was not allowed in my state. I disputed the charge with my credit card company but it was denied. They charge me $103.21 per month for 4 months! I'm not even using the service. It was horrible at best. Too many fake profiles and men asking for **** pics and *** not what I was looking for!! Now they email me daily saying I owe them money when they are charging my card! This is harassment and it's predatory! Noone should use this service. It's predatory and disrespectful! They're just scammers!!!

If I could give -0 I would!!! They dont have enough people for dating no pictures in a lot of them and worth customer service!!! Stay away all they want is your money and ******** dating is better and free!!! Stay away ! Read other reviews in other places!!! Do your homework, I did not !

I signed up for a year since they had a deal going and I was initially fine with that. However I found that very few people in my area have an eharmony account. My search parameters are very broad, I'm not that specific. So yeah, I had about 8 people to look at. Very unhappy with the service, it was only a couple hours later and I requested a refund, politely at first. Less then a day and these greedy leeches wouldn't give my money back, so now I'm stuck out all that money with access to a service that is 100% worthless and dirty ripping people off. Stay away, heck look at their rating, they don't care about their customers or potential future customers.

This message is in the sincere hope that this site will change the policies by which it decides to put an honest and paying customer off of its platform with absolutely no notice. Here is my story. After much hesitation, I finally answered the question portion of the site on night 1. Night 2 I answered the question portion and uploaded pictures. Same night I received pictures of matches. I looked at about 20 and sent a heart to 1. Many nights after that I continued to look and see if there was any response to my 1 heart or anyone else who looked at me or might have liked me. I finally expanded my search to the ** area where my son lives to see if there might be potential there. Again, I sent 1 heart and a message. No responses at all and no interest in my profile. I then wondered if something was incorrect in the way I had set things up. I emailed customer service who replied a couple of days later that I had been kicked off the site due to either incorrect information or something against their policies. Despite my trying to understand why they would have done this, I could get no further response. I wish they had given me some notice PROACTIVELY why a paying customer was voted off of the island. Many others with mental health issues would have been destroyed, for me it was pretty difficult but I truly would feel sorry for those with no self confidence. I would NEVER recommend this site to anyone and would welcome an opportunity for anyone in this company to contact me and have a conversation about what they possibly might have found in my profile to have been untrue or objectionable. I even was honest about my weight.

This company is e - Pirates not e harmony after they were sold. This company is run by AI. There is no way to get a hold of any human. The company deliberately turned back on auto renewal for a year for 700+ dollars. When they send you reminders the emails go to the junk folder and when they demand money they send you to your primary folder. Terrible experience.

Absolute scam. Not only is their base of potential matches extremely low quality, but even when you delete your account they continue charging you at the rate of $132 per month. I literally logged in maybe three times, saw the pool of people they were working with, and deleted my account because there was no one on the site even slightly compatible. So if you are up for paying for a service that you will never use then go ahead. They totally and completely benefit off of lonely hopefuls. How many more months are they going to charge me? Customer service couldnt even tell me, but they did let me know that refunds are never granted. Disgusting..

worst company EVER, they rip you off! I never signed up for a year , only for a month, never even got to do any search, they rejected my picture of me and my dead dog. I only signed up for 1 month! They tried telling me I signed up for a year! I have never ever signed up for a year. I call he said I signed up for the year, mind you no profile pictures since they denied it, never even got to search. I just paid for a full year from Jan 1st to now, what a rip off! And what a Christian ***** to do! STEAL! OMG they have ripped off so many people!

If you are in central AB do NOT sign up for this service. The pool on this site is pretty non existent. If you want to travel 2 hrs north or south to meet someone, which I don't believe is easy for most women, and pretty dangerous. So unless you're relocating to ******* or ********, even then I would 10/10 NOT recommend. **************** just talks circles around you. EHarmony only wants your money.
