I made 2 purchases for my wife., Last purchase (order no. ****) was made on 3/17/2023 and the one before that (order no. ****) was on 10/31/2022. In the order no. ****, there were 2 items and one order of interest was for Serum + Repair Bundle. Those are Age-Defying Facial Serum and Intense Hydrating Repair Complex bundled together at lower price than purchased individually. In addition, they were on sale at 40% off. It was priced at $172 but I paid $103.21. Similarly in the order no. ****, there were 3 items and 2orders of interest were Hydrating Repair + Age-Defying ********* and Serum + Repair Bundle. Those 2 were priced at $170 and $230, respectively but they were on sale for 40%off. These bundled item all contain one product in common, Intense Hydrating Repair Complex. My wife really like the skincare products from Arielle but they are not cheap so I try to order for her when they are on sale. My complaint its that the Intense Hydrating Repair Complex from order no. **** and one of the Intense Hydrating Repair Complex from order no. ****, either Hydrating Repair + Age-Defying ********* or Serum + Repair Bundle, has gone bad. They are normally light tannish color when you shake the bottle before using it. When my wife tried to use one of bottle from order no. **** last month, she noticed that the color after she shook the bottle was much darker tannish color and it had foul smell. She had another bottler from order no. ****, which is newer by order date, she noticed the same thing, darker color and smelled bad. So, I email the company at ******************** on 6/28/2023 asking if they have gone bad and if so, why not so long after the purchase. No response. I wrote a second email on 6/302023 basically asking to replace the products. No response. Since I was not getting any response from their general email, I wrote a third email to ************************* at ****************************** I found her old email address from 2018 in hopes that she might respond but no.
