      I purchased the ********************* Bandolier 13 for my wife for Valentines Day on 1/25/24. She opened the gift on Valentines Day. She left two days later on a trip and did not return until late February. The gift did meet her expectations and we attempted to return for refund on 2/28/24, one day after the 30 day timeline policy. Several emails have been sent with no resolution. The order number is *******. I am requesting a refund.

      Our apologies, we don't see a prior contact from BBB.  We did assist this customer already and they've been refunded to their Mastercard back on March 9.  We created a return label, made the exception outside the advertised 30 day return policy as shown on our website, provided a free return label and issued the refund. We consider the matter closed and did make this special exception.  Thank you.

      I placed an order on 9/22/02 For a phone case ( ********* black/ gold for the iPhone 13pro) And a pebble leather pouch . I received the order.. but only got the pouch and a hand sanitizer bottle which I never ordered. I didn't get the phone case which Is $128 . The invoice in the package said the correct items I ordered I emailed bandolier countless times and haven't heard back from them at all . There is no customer service no one to speak to and they don't reply to any emails . I can't even do a proper return because they sent the wrong item but the invoice is right I have no clue how to go about it ... they are simply not responding !

      Purchased a Billie Utility Crossbody with Case for iPhone 13 Pro Max for $208.00 on 11/17 from BANDOLIER Instagram Shopping: Order #XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Seller order #XXXXXXXXXXXXX. I received an email confirming shipping on 11/19 but the tracking number was invalid. After not receiving the item within the website's quoted delivery time I requested a tracking number to which the company responded that the item I ordered is out of stock. I clarified that I had already received a shipping notification and was simply trying to locate the item but they responded again that the item is out of stock and had NOT been shipped. I asked if it was available in any other colors to which they replied that they have a similar style (the Jayden) and they could ship it out with next day delivery so it would arrive on Wednesday 12/1. I agreed and asked for a shipping confirmation. They never responded. I emailed again asking for tracking or some kind of confirmation. Nothing. I emailed again begging for a response as the out of state trip I specifically ordered this travel bag for is approaching to which they again did not reply to. Wednesday came and went and I DID NOT RECEIVE THE REPLACEMENT PRODUCT OR ANY COMMUNICATION FROM THE COMPANY. I emailed AGAIN that I will not be ignored and need a response and the product I paid for to be delivered by Friday. Still no response and they are not taking calls at the service phone number. I don't want to cancel and be refunded I simply want the item I ordered or a replacement one if they are still sold out. I DO NOT appreciate being lied to repeatedly by a company I already spent a lot of money at.
