This company is A SCAM!!!!!! Do not buy from them fabric bleeds out so do not park your car u til you make sure it will be ok n not damaged your car paint but this is the least of your problems , DOES NOT FIT ON STANDARDS MEASUREMENTS they do not acept responsibility and quote The color dye is mentioned in the item description. The material will bleed the first few initial waterings. Just like a new pair of jeans or any other dark colored fabric. They are not recommended to be in contact with car paint and not recommended as a canopy cover. The item link to the description is below. We do not take back Canvas Tarps as they are a made to order product. This is also notated in the policy and on the Canvas Tarp main page.Will not fit normal standards 10x20 carport even though it shows in the picture of their website it does one side is big other side is loose corner are a mess joints are discussing AND PRICE $250 What a bad experience my gosh!!!!??

Canvas material is color dyed and will ***** color the first few times it gets wet. This is well notated within the item description. It is also very well notated within the item description that these are not recommended as canopy/carport covers. In fact, it is strongly discouraged as a canopy or car cover. Furthermore, Canvas Tarps are a made to order item which is notated as non-returnable within our policy and website Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions are required to be read and agreed to before an order can be completed online. Made to order items are cut from the fabric roll and hand made at the time of order placement. It is not unusual that the nature of the product makes it a non-returnable item. A canvas tarp is a general purpose cover, not a canopy cover. Any general purpose cover requires the customer to thoroughly measure the area that the product will be used to ensure a proper fit. If a general purpose cover does not fit, it is only due to the customer not following through with proper measuring. It is an unfortunate mistake by the customer but not any fault by our company. We do not accept returns on Canvas Tarps.Review from Gerald L

Canopies and Tarps are the worst company I’ve dealt with in 33 years in business. I ordered the wrong fittings and tried to call back the same day to correct the order. Left many messages. They never called back. There is no customer service at all. No one to talk to. I sent them back and they refused the package. I instructed UPS to throw them away . Lost $140 . Do not buy from this company. Reaching God would be easier.Canopies and Tarps Response

The customer never emailed our company. It is stated on the message voicemail that all order related communications are to be sent through direct email or our contact us page. Furthermore, it is also stated on our website that all canopy fitting sales are final. We do not accept back any returns on complete canopy sets or individual canopy fittings. Our policy page as well as, our Terms and Conditions page at checkout explain the contact process and our return policies. Any packages shipped back without a required RMA (Return Authorization) number are automatically refused.Review from Matt U

I had a mix-up with my order (my fault) and contacted customer service immediately after. After no response (it was Saturday night), I checked the reviews and got pretty nervous. I should have just been more patient. Monday morning they promptly responded, corrected my mistake, and I had my stuff in two business days. Great all around experience.Canopies and Tarps Response

I am waiting for an order to be fulfilled since placing it 2/21/2022. I received half of my order, but am waiting for my $275 tarp!! ORDER XXXXXX. I've called and called - never an answer. I've left messages- no response. I've emailed - no response. I am really hoping that this is a supply chain problem. I am really hoping that Canopies and Tarps will come through for me. I'm hoping this public attention will help get some sort of response so I don't have to pursue further action. I just want my tarp!! I will happily revise my ratings and write an updated review when I get my tarp!!Canopies and Tarps Response

Placed an order & never received it. I called numerous times everyday & also filled out thier contact form on the website several times. Never once got a response. I filled a dispute with my credit card company & cancelled the order. Horrible company!!!Canopies and Tarps Response

We sent an email to you on 1/18 explaining that the item is on back order and would be available to ship first week of February. You never responded to our email so the order is still open. (See Below)

I just copied & pasted that email address into my search & there is NO email showing. Absolutely NO email or phone call was ever returned to me!
