Placed an order on July 11 for $984 of bridesmaids dresses. Tried to check status of order and website is shut down. I emailed company and was told "your dresses are still in the making stage and will be ready within the timeframe" I was then asked via email by customer service, "May I know the exact date of the wedding?" I responded with details and got no response. I sent another email explaining that we have alteration appointments on August 16th as we are leaving for destination wedding August 21st. I sent an email on August 13th asking for an update and received no response. I called customer service and there was no answer. Almost $1000 worth of dresses and they will not be here in time for my bridesmaids for my wedding. We have 2 weeks to find alternative dresses.Review from Danielle C

I bought a prom dress for my daughter and although it was pretty, it didn't fit over her hips, the straps were made for giants and the b**** were huge. I have been trying to return this dress for a week. I sent a return request, it was approved and then they never sent the return receipt. I have emailed, chatted, instagramed, and its complete silence. Spread the word.. this place is a scam.

I ordered a dress that I liked and thought was nice quality but needed to exchange it for a smaller size. I read the return and exchange policy carefully, I submitted a return request and was approved but was never sent a return label. I have sent countless emails asking for a return label and for guidance on a possible exchange and have gotten no response. I went on Fame and Partners Facebook and Instagram accounts and sent direct messages as well (no response there either) when I went onto their Instagram I found a ton of negative comments regarding zero communication/terrible customer service and multiple stories identical to mine. They do not provide a phone number to call. I am no longer interested in an exchange and I am worried about getting my money back.Review from Freddi C

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever spent my money on. Don't make the same mistake I did, and do NOT order anything from this website. I ordered a custom bridesmaid dress back in December 2022 to have by March 2023 for a wedding I am going to be in. SIX weeks in to my order without ANY reason as to why, my order was canceled and refunded. SIX WEEKS IN TO THE ORDER. FOR A WEDDING NEXT MONTH. When I first put the order in they were very responsive and then low and behold when I inquired about the canceling of my order OVER and OVER again NOTHING. Silence. Not a single person has got back to me about my order. NOTHING. DO NOT order from here. Listen to the bad reviews they are telling you the truth.Fame & Partners Response
