I purchased several garments from this company. I expected for every item to fit me perfectly and last for a lifetime..within reason. I bought seven items from this company to wear as a gogo dancer. The package arrived on a Saturday afternoon and I wore the items in the package that evening. One of the garments began to bleed fabric dye the moment it came into contact with moisture. Pink dye leeched over everything in my bag. I made contact with the company immediately. I had not possessed the garment more than 24 hours but they have been unwilling to work with me. They have a stringent policy of you wear it, you own it, but I have extensively explained that my complaint is concerning the dye, not the fit. The dye is not color fast or set in the fabric. If the fabric becomes wet without diffusion; it stains other fabrics. I sent a series of emails containing photos/videos explaining the issue the moment I noticed what happened and the company has been unwilling to work with me. Their customer service team can be described as hateful at best. I have photos of the garments and screenshots of the emails. There seems to be a system error preventing me from uploading those supporting documents. I can provide them via email or other sharing service.Customer response

Attached are screenshots of our email exchange, as well as videos of my testing the fabric and their testing the fabric. The first video (IMG_0.MOV) came from the company, the second video (IMG_2493) is me running cold water over the new fabric and the water running pink.
