On 8/8/24, i purchased a pair of shoes advertised as Goat Mule Tabis from the Rose In Good Faith website for a total of $97.01. My order number is *****. As of today, 9/7/24, I have yet to receive the product, any update on tracking or shipment, or a refund. When I messaged the websites social media account on Instagram, where I could see they were active in posting and comments, I was told to email ********************************* I emailed them on 8/26 requesting any update. They replied on 8/27 stating they would need to check with the warehouse. This was the last contact they made with me. While looking at their social media, it appears many people have either not received their product, gotten the product and it did not look anything like it was advertised, or returned the product and are still awaiting refunds from the merchant. The product itself does not even appear on their website anymore. At this point I do not know what to do. Ive gotten my banks fraud **** involved as well and they have made attempts to reach out as well with no resolve. I just want my money back at this point. Order did not look anything like what was advertised, requested refund, mailed it back next day after delivery. It has been in the warehouse for a week now and customer service has stopped replying to my emails. I just want my money back.Initial Complaint

I ordered a pair of shoes from this company and they never sent them. When I reached out they said they would figure it out and then stopped replying to additional follow **** Judging by the Instagram comments several days other customers ordered the same shoes and have the same problem. *** reached out several times to get a refund and I get no response.
