      This was one of the worst experiences I have had. I put In an order for bamboo sheets. I kept waiting and calling when would I receive them and finally after three weeks I received cotton sheets and not even the color I wanted. I had called and told them to to refund my money. I told the lady everything and I was going to make sure I let everyone one know. The sheets showed up 3 days later. If I had looked at the reviews before hand I wouldnt have been screwed!!

      Worst customer service rep ever named *******************#***!!I just spoke with agent *** ***** who will not let me return this blanket that was purchased with the pillows.. I don't want any of it. The quality is definitely not up to par with how you try to sell it on the website. The king does not fit a king *** either... It's way to small and if your website says 100 night guarantee it should not matter how it was purchased. The website indicates you get the blanket for a discounted price as well if pillows are also purchased with it! I want my money back!!

      WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called 6 different people and was hung up on 4 times. I wanted to cancel my order and responded to confirmation email with 2 minutes of receiving it and called customer service 24 hours after the email and no tracking received. AFTER I spoke with the first person to let them know I'd like to cancel my order, I magically received tracking and it showed the label had been created after the timestamp of my first phone call with them. They advised it was "impossible" to cancel and that I would need to work with *****. One person said he checked with the warehouse and that my order was already shipped out 2-days ago which was earlier than the order was even placed. One of the calls said my call was breaking up and I advised I spoke to people all day with no issue so I went to my car for Bluetooth and she said I was still breaking up so I asked if she was lying and it was a tactic. The person before said they were transferring me but just left me on silence while I heard laughing in the background. So incredibly frustrating... feels like they just want your money at any cost. Would give 0 starts if I could.

      HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SHE EVEN HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I CALLED THE COMPANY OUT.... I absolutely love these pillows which is the worst of it I have major neck pain when I use a different type of pillow.. the website clearly states the lifetime warrenty but then they say its only during the 100day money back guarantee which is a HUGE RED FLAG total fraud. my pillow stitching came undone(I had no idea) I washed it and now have spent countless hours cleaning my washer along with everything in it including my babyies carseat covers which the fuzz will now always be a part of. what a joke this company is they should never post lifetime warrenty if its not true I want my $$ back or new pillows for compensation

      I'm telling you... I spent extra money to get expedited delivery. Called them at least 4 times last night . Called and emailed them again today,they say they should be here at the end of day today. I am completely upset and disgusted with SLEEPGRAM

      I purchased a set of new Sleepgram pillows from Amazon on 11 Nov 2023. By mid-January ****, the seam on the outer shell of one of the pillows began to unravel, and the filling began to spill out. I reached out to both Sleepgram and Amazon for a replacement, and neither company agreed to replace the defective product. Each company said the other is responsible for replacement. In the promotional materials that came with the pillows, Sleepgram advertises a "100 Night Guarantee," and on its website, it advertises a lifetime warranty. Both statements are false and misleading. I reported a defect and requested a replacement (not a refund) within 100 days of purchase, and my request was denied. Sleepgram claims it does not honor its guarantee and warranty when its pillows are purchased through a third party, but I cannot find this restriction noted anywhere in its sales and promotional materials. As others here have said, buyer beware. These are pricey pillows that are poorly made, and the manufacturer does not stand by the quality of its product.

Enter a return reason on the next screen.Select the item that you want to replace and select a reason from the Reason for return menu.Follow the instructions on the screen.You would in fact be eligable for a return through Amazon if you are still within your window of time. Unfortunately, we are only able to do replacements when the order has been placed on sleepgram.com. We do not have your information in our system.       I absolutely LOVED my pillow. I Wash it, fluff it do it all as per the instructions. Recently the pillow has completely started to fall apart. I reached out to their customer service with images of the pillow and let them know it was a gift. 1st they said they did not have a record of the purchase and if purchased through 3rd party deal with them. My Mom gave this to me as a gift. So, I reminded them it was a gift and gave my mothers info. to that email they responded with: We do offer a lifetime warranty at $25.00 but your order does not reflect that you included it in your purchase. People rarely have issues with their products, but its offered just to be safe. In the event that something DOES happen to your product , you have peace of mind that your replacement is covered.So then, I asked if they sold the cover only (replacements) and received this: Unfortunately, we do not sell outer covers only at this time but will reach out to you when we do.So then I kept seeing on their website this "lifetime warranty" no questions asked etc. But the actual warranty is no where on site. I also did a "mock-order" and their site does not ask if I want to Purchase a Warranty!I am waiting for a response, I have asked for a copy of the Warranty. I sent them the Warranty info that is published everywhere! There are many pillows out there, PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BRAND, they don't stand behind their products. CLEARLY.

      I wish I had read these reviews. ****** learned. I ordered pillows two months ago and still have not received them. I inquired about my order; it has been 5 days and no response. I also got the bait and switch on a supposed deal when I initially ordered, but decided to go forward anyway. Now, two months later, with no pillows, I am going to submit a dispute to my credit card company because I did not get the product I paid for. Too bad - I could really use a good pillow!

      All I want for Christmas Is my money back from Sleep Gram!Found a huge package on my front step after deciding not to buy the pillows. I was suspicious when website kept offering me another deal and another deal but wasnt honoring the $100 off that I was advertised. I backed out of it without ordering but yet they sent it anyway, ***** will not accept the package as they delivered it and Im stuck with $250 worth of pillows right before Christmas.
