I pre ordered a ***** ****** book on November 3rd and it should have shipped out last weekend and I looked at the tracking and there is nothing. I paid for the book and I want my book. They cant just take peoples money and not send the product at all. I want a free one sent to me and dont want them to cancel my order.Initial Complaint

I bought a signed album from The Stringdusters and was told the album would ship on 11/30 order #R044695441 $45.04 debited from my account 11/19/24. I emailed them asking for tracking. After several days, I received a reply that they would check with the supplier and get back to me. Since then I have heard nothing. I want a refund. This is not a legitimate company.Initial Complaint

I purchased a signed cd on 11/3 for $25. I received an order confirmation email. I have not received any tracking info or my order. I tried reaching out via email 11/10 but have not had any help. I placed a pre order on September 18 2024 For Good Lookin' Cookin' randomly selected signed cook book for my aunt as her birthday present. It was supposed to be shipped out on September 26 2024. It never was. I have kept in touch with my aunt. I have emailed the company. I sent an email on October 6 2024. they replied October 7 2024. I was told my order would ship in the next week if not sooner. Once shipped I would receive a separate shipping notification with my tracking details. I still have got nothing. I emailed again last week and no reply. But if you go to the website they will let you do another pre order that ships Dec 31. I do not want to wait till then, as it was a birthday present. That was in September. If you can help I would like a tracking number and expected delivery date. Thank you.Initial Complaint

This company sent me my item, but it arrived damaged. They sent me a return label to send back my damaged item and I did. I was told they would send a replacement immediately, but they did not. Ordered 5 *********************** LPs on 5/1/2024. Ordered a set of albums for $83. Rec'd NO order number, anything. I had to email them to check the status. They replied, stating item was delivered and provided a *** link which showed item was delivered 5/10/24. I then contacted *** and started a claim. Within 24 hrs *** closed the claim stating the package was delivered. Next, I texted *** who verified the item was shipped to an incorrect address and instructed me to contact the distributor and notify them of the address issue. I rec'd a reply from TalkShopLive which stated for the second time that the distributor will not refund or send a replacement product and have twice refused to provide the distributor name and contact information to verify my correct email address. After a few days received an email from TalkShopLive stating they were sending a replacement item as it was proven it was sent to the incorrect address. They supposedly sent it via **** this time and today it showed it was left on my porch, NOPE. I then went to the incorrect address and checked there but it wasn't there either. I purchased 2 signed copies of a pre-order autographed Judas Priest album that states it would be signed by the 5 members that played on the item and it says it in the description and the only reason I bought this item is is signed by *********************** who is an original member and when I received the albums it was signed by everyone but ***** and like I stated that is the only reason I made this purchase and Ive had problems with this company before as well as alot of my friends as they always to false advertising as they seem hard up for money that they have to lie to customers for their hard earned money as it took alot for me to purchase from these rip off artist but because of ******* signature I had to make the purchase as I'm a big fan of his...but to no surprise I was ripped off by these SOB'S again & this will be the last time as I spent thousand's of dollars with these guys and Ive had to open cases with my bank against them but it is my fault for trusting them again as I really want this item...all I want is for them to send out the right albums as I purchased 2 signed by the entire band including *********************** and I want it overnighted to me or I will open up another dispute case with my bank as I got screen shots of this item from their website stating that it would be signed by ***** and both are'nt so the proof is right on their website so this is most def false advertising and they did not give me what I paid for and have all the proof they scammed me and others as they are getting ripped apart about this on social media as the scammers they are as this happened to alot of others with this product!!!!!...SMMFHInitial Complaint

I purchased an autographed ************************* Book and vinyl record.The vinyl record arrived in a thin box with no cushioning to the vinyl jacket and only a single small piece of tape.The album arrived damaged due to the unprofessional packaging.I asked for a replacement and for them to package and cushion the album better. They said they would.I received the same album with the same packaging type still damaged.They refuse to supply the album purchased in such a way it will arrive safely and undamaged. This company has no business selling fragile items if all they do is throw them into a box and not care that it gets damaged.This company is intentionally scamming buyers by not providing them with the pristine products they paid for
