Jib Jab Continues to bill me though i have canceled multiple times. Each time it results in my bank having to issue me a new debit card. This behavior continues every year. This company is completely unethical.Review from Matt D

I have exactly the same problem with JIBJABs unethical billing. The auto renew the annual subscription charge but they didnt send a notice or receipt, which is ILLEGAL. Go to FTC.gov and read up about how companies are required to notify you before charging an auto renew fee. They can deal with my credit card company, FTC, ************************************ and the BBB. This is a SCAM!! You can tell how little they care by the copy/paste form responses on here. Report them to your states Attorney General and applicable state consumer protection agency if you have one. The practices are 100% BS! Report them now!!!Review from Amy C

I bought one year and it enrolled me in automatic subscription. When I tried to cancel on my iphone, the small print says I cannot cancel until my anniversary date of August 28, 2023. That is today. I received an email that I can paid for another year. How convenient that I can't cancel until they charge me another year's subscription. That cancellation policy has to be illegal and must be changed.Review from Mellisa I

Do not sign up for a paid account. I have been trying to cancel since 2018 and it is 2022. Jib Jab still continues to auto renew every year. Every year I have to fill out a refund form and request cancelation. It must be their business practice to continue auto renewal in hopes people won't notice the charge.

I am disappointed in my experience. I have a similar experience as those that have previously posted. I signed up for an account for a year. In 2021 when I saw the auto-renewal I wanted to cancel my account. In the terms of sale I understand the no-refund - all sales are final etc. They falsely disclose that you can cancel your membership at any time. This is untrue. In the membership/Account page - when you click Edit Membership it only lets you know when your account will expire and the Auto-Renewal status of the account. It does not let you change your billing information (or even see it for that matter), change your account, cancel, or anything. I found this to be a very non-transparent company, and I am in a feedback loop I am unable to solve. I tried calling and am rerouted to a generic help email. I am highly disappointed and ashamed. I would like my account cancelled and my information removed.JibJab Catapult CA LLC Response

Not what I had hoped. I originally signed up a couple years ago, hoping to use it alot. I used it maybe 2-3 times in a year. Last December, I followed directions on how to cancel my membership to make sure I wasn't charged for another year. Sure enough, I was!!! And because this was a surprise charge, I wasn't able to use my card and didn't know why!! They have made sure they do not speak with anyone - everything is done by email. I have sent another request for cancelation & now for refund & pointed out that this was not my fault - I canceled it in December. Now I'm still waiting to hear back from someone as to why this even happened. Not too happy with this place.......JibJab Catapult CA LLC Response

After signing up for a monthly fee...I find the site not working...I can no longer pull up our past e-cards...just a crazy hamster running in a wheel who finally tells me to refresh my page...this has been going for a week. Not having access is frustrating for my three year old grandson who wants to see the e-cards we made together. Will I be issued a refund for this down-time? Will the site ever be working gain? Is this format a ruse ...your e-cards work for a short period of time...then never again? Perhaps their technology is not strong enough to support the site?JibJab Catapult CA LLC Response
