I placed order #**** on April 19, 2024 for 5 tops from Red Heart. I received the items on Saturday, May 4, 2024. Only one top fit, therefore I need to return 4 of the tops. The return policy on the Red Heart website states that returns must be made within 7 days of delivery, but you must contact the store via email at ************************************* for approval before returning items. Once your return is approved, they will send a shipping label with instructions. I have tried emailing Red Heart on May 7, May 10, and May 14 with no reply. Now I'm concerned that I will never receive a reply or refund because they are not responding. I would like to return 4 of the tops for a refund of $105.00.
