They employ slimy business practices such as charging a processing fee for things that the airlines do already automatically per DOT regulations. Example being, american airlines cancelled our flight and proceeded to issue a refund automatically. Airtkt verbally told me I must email them to get a refund issued, without telling me that airlines do it automatically.

All Bad. This is the worst company I've evr dealt with. The list of issues is long and to maddening to go through here. Donot use this company under any circumstances.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company has the worst customer service and hung up on my call. They tried to charge my account four different times after I cancelled my ticket with them. Do not use this company also known as "CheapFareGuru.com" What a horrible experience.**************************? Uh not their real names.

This company is not a good business it took my money and didn't render the service and when I inquired about it they hung-up on me I'm a senior and nobody deserves to be treated like this.

Bait and switch the hosed me during checkout by time I finish checking out it had changed my return dates it was within 15 minutes of having made the purchase.it says that you can cancel it within 24 hours and it's no fee. then you call him and speak to a lady like ******** and she tells you there's a glitch in their system. and she'll be happy to change your flight for a $50 fee per person. I asked her why should I have to pay a fee when I just booked it 15 minutes ago and your system changed it? she then explained to me how bad she felt so she was going to reduce it to $25 a person which is $50 instead of s******* us for a hundred like she was going to. I said how can you charge people anything for a mistake that's a glitch in your system? she can't do anything else that's just her job to scam people that's how they make a living. Plus an additional $20 fee for booking. then they don't offer you any kind of baggage. if you don't have the ability to book your baggage on a website then they utilize that to try to s**** you out of more money. they want $177 for one bag on ****** Airlines with a 9 hour layover for no reason all on ****** Airlines. airtkt scam central

Absolutely a SHAM. They are changing a ticket reissued fe of ***** per person. Wii not use this booking agency again. *********************

BEWARE!!! BAIT and SWITCH. Scam Alert. Bait and switch. You flight will be changed on the review page forcing you to call asking questions.They are a family scamming people asking you to give your credit card info after you call with concerns about the switched dates and then will ask you to REPLY to an email so they can charge you another $55-$100 to give you the correct date. BEWARE!

I was online believing I was on ******* Airlines website attempting to buy airline tickets. I filled out most of the information but had not entered the seat assignment. I looked at the web page information and saw that I was on Cheap Fare's website. I had not completed the ticket purchase and I X'd out of the webpage. I again Googled ******* Airlines, entered all information, and purchased airline tickets. Several hours later I was shocked to see that Cheap Fares charged my account $956 for airline tickets and $20 for their service fee. I called Cheap Fares but that said that's too bad, you can't get your money back. I told them I never completed the purchase and they said that's not possible and hung up on me. Several calls later they either hung up on me again or they transferred me to a number that no one ever answers. I found another phone number for Cheap Fares and someone answered, I explained my problem, and they said they would cancel the ticket but I would owe $50. I said I wouldn't pay $50 but they charged my credit care $50 anyway. I put the three charges in dispute on my credit card. I am waiting to see if they remove any of the charges. I am a senior citizen and I feel like this company is beyond shady. I had to give it one star, which they don't deserve.

I was charged a fee to re-issue a ticket that did not need to be reissued. I was tracking the tickets in the airlines' dedicated apps and there were no issues, just the normal time shuffle you see with flights booked early. They are convinced that they did not fail to disclose the fee since it's in their terms and conditions. They should be shut down for their extremely shady practices. They also refused to allow me to talk to a supervisor claiming that they would not be in for another hour and I was welcome to call back (with another hour-long hold time).

A scam, an embarrassment to the travel industry, and a company that refuses to make right on its sales. When purchasing a round-trip ticket they booked 2 one-way tickets on different airlines without informing us. They promoted "travel insurance" which turned out to be a 24-hour ticket change insurance. Extremely long wait to get anyone on the telephone. A chat feature that did not function and agents who were unconcerned that someone might not have understood their process and made no effort to resolve and ultimately said the tickets "had no value and there would be no refund" - If you are trying to use this outfit - run away now! If I could rate negative stars I would.
