On May 9, 2024 I placed an order for a jumper, tables, and chairs with the company All Our Kids Jumpers and Party Rentals LLC on the website ****************************************** after calling phone number: ******************** and speaking with owner ***************************. I asked him if he would be able to provide proof of insurance for my HOA. I had used his services before in 2022 and he was able to provide proof of insurance. He stated that he would be able to provide proof of insurance for my HOA. I proceeded to book the service on the website. First, I paid the deposit of $51.50, then I paid the balance of $283.70 5/9/24. There was a setup fee that appeared afterwards of $38.70 which I paid 5/13/24. The insurance was expired. On our phone call on Friday May 17th the jumper portion of the order was cancelled via that phone call and I was sent an updated invoice via email. It has been attached and listed the $200 refund back to my credit card. On the day of my event,(5/18/24), the tables and chairs were delivered at about 245pm, almost three hours after my event had started. When delivery occurred at almost 3pm, the delivery driver called ******************. ****************** stated that I would be receiving a full refund of the remaining balance because of all of the trouble this had caused. As of 7/22/24 the refund has not been issued and the merchant refuses to cooperate with my bank to issue the refund. He told the bank the service was never cancelled which is false.Initial Complaint

Lied about the service received. We canceled the jumper due to a severe weather report and was still charged for a service they did not accommodate. Even after trying to make it right he didn't not provide the service after telling me that the jumpers were no longer avaliable. I was also told we were lucky he did not keep the entire amount out of courtesy. He also showed up the morning it rained and still tried to provide a service during a storm and said that is why he kept the deposit.
